Minors & Brady won't leave us alone

We considered using Minors & Brady to market our home and had one of their agents visit to talk about it; after speaking to two other agents we went with a different company. The property hasn't sold, so they have called us to try and persuade us to let them market the house. We've told them we're not interested in using them and not to call again. They have called us about once every three weeks for the last nine months and despite being told extremely clearly, over and over again, that we will not use them, they keep calling. I've told them to delete my number and never call again but they keep calling. Pushy, irritating, aggressive people who absolutely will not take no for an answer. Please stop harassing us, you are appalling people and based on this experience there is no way we would ever use your services.

We exchanged contracts today to buy a house marketed by M&B. It hasn’t been easy - our vendors then got stuck in a long chain beyond their control.I just wanted to say how impressed we’ve been with Ayse. She has worked very hard pressing each stage of the chain, keeping us informed, and listening to me whine. I think she has probably ridden the emotional roller coaster with us. My call log shows about a billion calls - most initiated by her calling to update & assure us.She started today by getting on to all the conveyancers (who are of variable quality) to make sure they started their process, chased it through the day, and rang me as soon as we had a result.I think people think estate agency is easy and don’t realise the value of a good agent when everything else gets stuck. The presentation of the house we were buying was good (but not overstated) but I think the real value for our vendors has been Ayse’s diligence.

We have viewed a few properties advertised by Minors and Brady. Their service was excellent, as well as the properties that we've seen.One agent who stood out to us was Jack Whelan. He went above and beyond by arriving early to ensure the property was well prepared and inviting. Jack provided a detailed guide outlining things like local amenities, schools and transport links. VERY PUSHY and LIARS

VERY PUSHY, to the point where they pestered and pestered about lowering the price, then played us off against each other by lying to me about my ex agreeing to reduce the price of the house in order to get me to agree.Having received my formal complaint stating what had happened, their response was: "We apologise if your interpretation of the conversation was different to how we saw it." which was blatant gaslighting.This is a despicable, underhanded company that only cares about the number of properties they sell, so they can boast about being the 'best seller' in the region, rather than caring about getting the best price and providing the best service for their clients.

Our move wasn’t the easiest. Hiccups from point A to B. The one consistent saving grace was the stellar service from the whole M&B team. From start to finish, their support was second to none. Natalie from the sales progression team was fantastic, keeping us up to date with our sale and purchase. Special thanks goes to Adam Waters, who went above and beyond when we ran into a few problems. Working out of hours and keeping us up to date during the whole time. I have no doubt that it was his insight and advice that made our sale and subsequent purchase happen. Minors Were Great Throughout The Process

We have just completed a purchase and sale. Minors and Brady dealt with our purchase and Property Ladder with our sale. The experience we had with these two agents could not have been further apart. It was Cass from Minors who we dealt with throughout the process once offers had been accepted and she was just brilliant! Constantly contacting and updating us, checking we were happy with everything and explaining the next steps.We will definitely look to use Minors again in the future (and will definitely stay away from Property Ladder).

So glad we chose Minors & Brady who's service has been excellent throughout. Offer accepted on our house 2 weeks after going up for sale. Our onward purchase (also through them) had some challenges/delays but this was where their excellent service really kicked in. Special mention/thanks to Emma who worked so hard to pull everything together, chasing our vendor, solicitors etc and keeping everyone up to date. My house sale was a very long process

My house sale was a very long, stressful process due to two buyers pulling out very close to completion date without giving a reasonable explanation. I had a number of different people dealing with the sale but it was Aysegul Capti that was the person who kept me informed right up until the sale was eventually completed. Selling a property is a very stressful experience due to outdated laws but Aysegul did her very best to help things along and kept me updated right until completion.

Literally cannot recommend Minors and Brady enough they’ve made our experience so enjoyable and stress free. Jack Deeley has been amazing in keeping us totally up to date with what’s going on with the progress of our sale so we never even needed to ask.
