Adelaide has been very easy to chat with about my new home needs. Magenta was there to greet me at the viewing and was very friendly and welcoming. I was shown around the property and given plenty of time to look around. Would definitely recommend.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, I have rented various properties over the last 10 years through multiple estate agents and never have I dealt with such an incapable team of people. Absolutely no regulatory responsibility, processes or complaints procedure. Looking to charge me £306 from my rental deposit for removing 6 screws, purchasing 3 rubber bathroom plugs, replacing a towel rail and removing rubbish that doesn’t exist in the property or on the checkout inventory. I would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs!!

Emma kept us constantly up to date with progress & was always quick to respond to any queries. FacebookThis is my 1st time dealing with Minors & Brady and it won't be the last. Excellent service from start to finish. Dan has been amazing with negotiations and getting viewing booked in. Alex was very friendly and got the ball rolling very quickly. Charlie kept me upto date on all the viewings and super helpful with any questions I had. Very happy with the whole team and friendliness of everyone in the Caister office. I would highly recommend Minors & Brady and I will be using them in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Karol Wengrzik Is one of M&B’s property valuers and we were very impressed when he came to value our property. He had done his “homework” before coming and was able to tell us knowledgeably about the current market, our competition etc. But he also listened carefully to us in terms of how quickly we wanted to move, what we felt were the strengths of our property etc. He took on board suggestions we had in terms of the description of our property and marketing ideas whilst putting forward good suggestions himself. Overall he was friendly, experienced and professional with solid interpersonal skills. We were left with the strong feeling that Karol and the rest of the M&B team were genuinely interested in selling our house and would give it their best. If the rest of the process with M&B is of the standard Karol has set, we will be very pleased.

Dan was a wonderful help with any questions we had they answered, any uncertainties they provided reassurance and understanding, and they remained in contact through each stage, from showing us around the home to helping us secure our purchase, dealing with everything so efficiently and effectively. Mia also worked hard and fast to help create our sale brochure and it was so well presented l. All in all Minors & Brady have been incredible and we have them to thank in the purchase of our new home.

After very little progress we decided to list our property with Minors and Brady as we had heard good things and seen many sales in our area. From the first meeting we massively impressed with their approach and plans to effectively list and sell our house. The whole team are on point and always helpful but I have to say that Lee Mortier has been phenomenal. His customer service in what could be a stressful time has been immense. His regular updates and communication leave you in no doubt as to how things are progressing. The main plus point to the whole company is the results they deliver and within 3 weeks of signing with them they have sold our property. Nothing but great things to say about this company and would certainly recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks

I put an offer on a property after been shown round with Brad, he was very informative with all the question I need to ask. He helped with questons about the area as I will be new to Caister. He made my experience so much easier. He was efficient with phoning the property owner with my offer and negotiating the right price for myself and the seller. Brad kept me informed throughout this process. I would like to thank Brad for all his help and time he took to alleviate the stress.
