FacebookMinors and Brady have been fantastic start to finish. We first dealt with Curtis who came to value our property, and put the wheels in motion for us to sell. Within no time at all, he had arranged for photos to be taken, and our house was on the market. Brooke in the sales team was absolutely amazing and worked tirelessly to get people through the door to view our house. After 3 days of being on the market, we received our first offer. Unfortunately this fell through, but Brooke did not stop and 3 days later we received our second offer. She updated us continually, and was prompt at returning any calls, so I would like to say a massive thank you for all her hard work! I would also like to thank Jack in the after sales team, who again continued to keep us updated on the sale and in the loop the whole time. He worked hard to move the sale along, and we managed to complete within less than 3 months of putting our house on the market. Massive thank you to all at Minors & Brady for making our sale as smooth and hassle free as possible!

FacebookI’d like to thank Brooke Kelly for the tireless work she has done selling our house during the Covid-19 pandemic. She has sold it 5 times since March. Through no fault of their own, our different buyers have pulled out because of various situations which arose because of changes due to the pandemic. The last sale, she sold it in under an hour of our buyers having had to pull out. Brooke is absolutely amazing at her job & an obvious asset to Minors & Brady. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ well earned by Brooke

The house had been on the market for nearly 2 months and I was starting to lose hope but we managed to accept an offer and sell our home this week !! I want to say a huge thank you to Tamsin who works for the Caister branch, we had two offers on our home and they were BOTH from viewings that she carried out! I believe she is also new and hasn’t been with Minors & Brady for very long but what an asset she is to your team! And also to Charlie for negotiating the sale! Extremely supportive and provided a truthful assessment and details about the new property as well. I just wish they had relayed the honest information to the team who was aggressively pushing the sale by upping the asking price over the phone instead of effectively negotiating with the vendor.

FacebookThe thing that drew us to minors and Brady were the outstanding photographs on homes we saw for sale on rightmove when viewing houses to buy. We then remarked on this, and our difficulty getting viewings on our property to Jack when he accompanied us on a viewing. Jack convinced us to have a chat with Lee, and we then happily decided to give them a go. I cannot speak too highly about the fantastic service we have received from them since. Extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Lee Mortier and his team have impressed me, and I would highly recommend them

I would love to hand it to aysegul capti who was dealing with a purchase for are first and forever home. She was absolutely amazing at her job as the vendors estate agent. Wish she was our solicitor and mortgage advisor. She do not stop chasing and will hunt people down who was ment to be working on are side and which choose to ignore us. But aysegul would always get back to us and go out of her way to find the excuses and hold ups. Star would refer her as the rottweiler lol. Thanks so much merry Christmas and happy new year 🎉
