Had a viewing with Liam Upton, he was very professional and seemed to be very prepared for us. He was informative and helpful and booked us an appointment with a mortgage broker. The viewing time had to be changed slightly but we were given plenty of notice and kept in the loop, Liam was also very apologetic about the change. All in all a good experience.

Facebook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After our property was showing no movement on the property market for 5 months, we moved to Minors and Brady and our house sold within a month. Very impressed with the service they provide. The after sale care (from Sarah Short) was exceptional. Sarah was always available to answer any questions, relieve any worries and offered professional and honest advice and support. Sarah has made a very stressful process a lot more manageable, and I would say the after sale care from Minors and Brady is what makes them stand out against other estate agents. Would definitely recommend for a quick sale, and excellent after sale care.

It was always a pleasure to speak with Sarah on the phone, she was extremely patient, helpful and explained clearly and precisely the steps she was making on behalf for our property purchase. Charlie G was so great getting our sale agreed and arranging a referral to solicitor. Emma Atkin was then fab handling our after-sales and always came back to us same day if we had a question. It’s a crazy world out there and they must be manic but service was still spot on. Thanks guys!

I had my home up with another agent for four months with no luck. within two weeks with M&B I had sold for a price I was very happy with, many thanks to Tamsin for getting me the best deal possible and to the team for quality photos and advertisement.
