GoogleWe have had fantastic service from the Lowestoft office over the past few days. Charlie was very efficient and polite in calling us early on the 1st working day after our 4 viewings and once our offer was on the table he called us back to explain everything and what we needed to do seeing as the vendor accepted. Our first contact was with Tamsin who arranged our viewings and also recommended a couple of properties to us (one of which we have purchased). Charlie went above and beyond to ensure we were able to view our properties as there was sickness in the office and he arranged for Lawrence who was based at one of the other offices to conduct our viewings bearing in mind we were travelling 120 miles to look at houses. Lawrence was friendly and knowledgeable in spite of the fact his speciality is lettings. Thanks to the Lowestoft office for all their help so far and look forward to dealing further with them as we complete the purchase of our property

GoogleWe are still in the process of buying/selling but I would like to say that we have had excellent service from Minors and Brady. We had sold within hours but due to time wasters this fell through just as quickly. Tamsin and the team were quick to get us back on for viewings again and we sold within the week getting above the asking price and more than other agents valued the property for. They have kept in touch and ensured that the process of selling our property has been as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them. They were the only ones where the photos really did give you a good idea of what the property looked like. They certainly seem to know how the market works today, usually for sale signs are replaced very quickly with SSC signs .

GoogleWe put our house up for sale with two estate agents and from the offset- the photographs, viewing process and communication was exceptionally better in comparison from Minors and Brady. We had viewings before our house had gone online and sold within a couple of weeks. Throughout the selling and buying process, Minors have kept in touch weekly if not more to keep us updated and at ease. Nothing has been too much trouble and we recommended them to friends who just sold their house in one day! From the initial phone call, the prompt valuation, the excellent quality of their marketing material to the invaluable and very prompt feedback from those viewing I cannot recommend them enough. I had my home up with another agent for four months with no luck. within two weeks with M&B I had sold for a price I was very happy with, many thanks to Tamsin for getting me the best deal possible and to the team for quality photos and advertisement. Dan has been an absolute star (everyone I have dealt with has been great but Dan has stood out). On valuing my property he provided some great insight into the market but also understood I'm selling my home and there was no pressure. He gave me time to think but then gave me a heads up on the perfect house - I had goosebumps upon viewing and knew it had to be mine. So quickly got mine on the market and had an offer first person to view. Just exchanged contracts after long involved process albeit a very short chain. Claire Wilson has been working hard all along to keep us in the picture and making sure our views were known throughout the chain, even though we (as buyers only) were making no financial contribution to Minors & Brady.
