Lewis was 100%, the best person yet to show us round - he was clued up on details of the house and because of this level of detail, he pre-empted a number of our questions.He had obviously done his homework and retained the information he obtained from the owner. GoogleMinors & Brady have been brilliant with the sale of my property. The photography including drone shots was indeed excellent. The bungalow sold within 2 days of being on the market at a good price. The after sales follow up was excellent in the hands of Jasmine who went above the call of duty getting the property to completion. Both myself &.my buyers had not got the best of solicitors to do the conveyancing & it was Jasmine who pushed & made completion happen today. So thanks a lot to Dan for his expertise & to Jasmine for her hard work getting the sale to completion. Excellent work.

Prompt response, and they were quite supportive in chasing up the required information as much as possible. The process was smooth and seamless.Particularly was Beth Linton, the lettings co-ordinator for the property - very courteous and kind.Compared to my previous agency, which had a non-empathetic process and pressured me to sign a contract without viewing the EPC documents, Minors & Brady was very transparent. I would recommend them any time!

GoogleBungalow on the market with another estate agent for 3 weeks, 1 viewing and none of their promises came to anything. Then, switched to Minors & Brady. Property on the market for 3 days, 2 viewings on day one and offer made and accepted on day 3. Those facts speak for themselves. Tamsin was on the case from the word go and matched my property with a suitable buyer very quickly. It's good to work with people who know their job and do it so well. They'll be my first port of call if I'm in the market for a property again 👍

Cassandra Creek from Minors and Brady, Wroxham was excellent in progressing my sale - my buyers reduced their offer by a vast amount, but Cass managed to reduce the price of my purchase by a lot of hard work, which was greatly appreciated - sale would have fallen through otherwise. Really great service from Minors and Brady, and Cassandra in particular.
