Bungalow on the market with another estate agent for 3 weeks, 1 viewing and none of their promises came to anything. Then, switched to Minors & Brady. Property on the market for 3 days, 2 viewings on day one and offer made and accepted on day 3. Those facts speak for themselves. Tamsin was on the case from the word go and matched my property with a suitable buyer very quickly. It's good to work with people who know their job and do it so well. They'll be my first port of call if I'm in the market for a property again 👍

My purchase through Minors and Brady went on for sometime with delays, waiting for certain documents took time to come through etc....in this very stressful time of buying a first home, its very daunting and you want to know all the details of what's going on. I would just like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Nagilla based in Dereham as she has done nothing but been amazing, always on the ball and positive attitude towards everything...its now going to feel rather strange not having a phone call with her most days now that everything has been completed for me. Nagilla is always there to answers calls and emails and get people moving when they need to, and the purchase wouldn't have happened without her hard work. Minors and Brady have been great also as if I've phoned for Nagilla, the message always gets through and I always get a phone call back. Keep up the amazing work Nagilla and again thank you for all the hard work you put into my purchase, its been one to remember! :)

Minors & Brady are marketing my late mum's house for sale and so far so good. All members of the team have been really responsive keeping me informed and giving prompt and constructive feedback but a big shout out to Despina, Dan and Bradley. Despina went the extra mile to ensure the brochure was as our family wanted and represented mum's home in the best way. Dan showed empathy at the same time as enthusiasm along with great local knowledge, and Bradley has taken some fantastic photos. Very happy so far. 3 months later I can confirm that my mum's house sale has gone through smoothly and that in addition to the members of the team mentioned above I would like to thank Julia Pauluch. Julia took over the aftersales and religiously chased both my solicitors and the buyer's on a weekly basis. She then updated both myself and the buyer on how things were progressing. This attention to detail really made the difference in terms of the flow of communication which otherwise can be scanty and lead to anxiety. Have really enjoyed dealing with Minors & Brady recently. We see the house advertised and Millie showed us around the house the following day she was very friendly and polite, she even came back a second time to show us around before we put the offer in. Jack, Charlie and Tamzin (I really hope I have there names correct) have all been fantastic and able to keep me updated. Highly recommend Ellen for mortgage advice, she's been nothing short of 5* for advice and getting everything through. Now for a speedy completion! I have two parts to this review; Julia who eventually dealt with our sale (after 2 staff members left) is an asset to the company. She took a genuine interest in our needs and put in a lot of time to champion our case in order for the sale to succeed. Julia was always reliable and 99% of the time would call back when asked and regularly kept us updated. She responded quickly and efficiently to solicitors requests, and developed a friendly rapport with both us and our buyer. We were grateful for her support and honesty, and felt she personally wanted the sale to succeed as she knew how much it meant to us. As for Minors and Brady, we were disappointed. After initial enthusiasm and promises to put our house on the market and the success of a quick sale, the after sales (apart from Julia) was disappointing. We felt we were passed from pillar to post initially, with a distinct lack of communication though out, and their recommendation of solicitors severely impacted the progress and speed of our sale. Obviously we were pleased to sell, and the photos were great, but we would have appreciated more commitment to us as customers from the team as a whole. We felt undervalued once our house was STC.

Hannah was waiting at the door to the property and gave me and my wife a very professional and warm welcome. So far so good ! Been looking to buy my first property for the last 3 months (on and off). Probably 80% of the viewings were with M&B and I couldn’t fault anyone. Hannah Graver was always very nice and of course she is now our favourite as she showed us the house we just purchased !! We are supper happy and excited as expected and hope everything goes alright until the papers are signed. Hannah was very knowledgeable about the property and very welcoming and easy going.
