TrustpilotMinors and Brady
I have found Minors and Brady to be the best estate agents in the area. They provide clear timings and updates on house viewings and Adelaide is very professional and clear and provides regular updates. We were with Joe for a number of viewings and he was also very helpful.

Trustpilot1st house selling experience
Selling a house for the first time is a bit of a worry and can be quite stressful, I chose minors and Brady (Connor R) as the estate agent. Connor made everything seamless and stress free! Very quick and professional with a very good outcome.

GoogleMet with Hannah graver yesterday to view a property. Very knowledgeable and knew all the answers to the questions I asked and willing to find out anything extra I wanted to know. No pressure when looking round took as long as I liked whole process has been hassle free and very prompt. Definitely would recommend Hannah and minors and Brady lowestoft.

GoogleHave been looking at properties in Pakefield for the past few weeks and today we found it. Hugely impressed with Hannah Graver who showed the property today, striking the balance perfectly between presenting a fab property whilst representing both the vendors and our interests. We are now super excited about our new home by the sea, thank you Hannah, top job!

Joe was on time for our viewing and provided an informative tour of the property. He was also able to answer a number of questions about the area, the current owners and the house itself, whereas other agents often say "call the office". Thanks Joe!

If he promised to give a call back, he did just that. Being from South Africa and moving across to another continent, Elliot has honestly been such a pleasure to deal with and so helpful.

Big thank you to Rosie for helping us along in buying our first house! The quick and comforting responses to the issues we had along the way put us at ease and helped us stay calm through the process. Would definitely recommend working with the Minors and Brady team :)

FacebookWe put our house up for sale with two estate agents and from the offset- the photographs, viewing process and communication was exceptionally better in comparison from Minors and Brady. We had viewings before our house had gone online and sold within a couple of weeks. Throughout the selling and buying process, Minors have kept in touch weekly if not more to keep us updated and at ease. Nothing has been too much trouble and we recommended them to friends who just sold their house in one day! Everyone who managed our sale, in particular Chloe Curtis has been friendly and professional and we are so thankful. We are so pleased to have sold with Minors and highly recommend.

We viewed a property through the Wroxham branch and were shown round by Leah who I believe was fairly new in post. Leah was both friendly and professional, giving us the time and space to view properly.

GoogleTamsin has been amazing helping us find our new home from day 1! She has been kind, professional and most importantly super responsive and on the ball. After a previous bad experience with a different estate agency/company we felt really deflated and fed up with the whole house buying process. However, Tamsin has completely turned that around for us and helped us find our perfect home 🏡 couldn’t recommend Minors & Brady enough.. and in particular Tamsin!🤍PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
