GoogleAfter a bad experience with another local estate agent, Minors and Brady Lowestoft achieved more in 5 days than the other estate agent achieved in 5 months. Jack, Charlie, Dan and Despina have been amazing. Our house hit the market Saturday and was sold by the Wednesday. Communication has been amazing, we've been kept updated daily. I highly recommend Minors and Brady for anyone considering or looking to sell a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookHIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💯 A superb team that did exactly as they promised from start to finish. Went over and above what we expected. Good communication nothing was too much trouble. 28 viewings during Covid and 11 offers resulting in a sale. Enjoy the Prosecco and Krispy Kreme 🍩. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Thank you very much 👌🏻

Got an offer on my flat within a couple of days. Nagilla in aftersales was amazing and kept me sane while waiting for completion, helping me chase my bad choice of a solicitor, listening to me moan about my solicitor, and generally keeping things moving for me!

After a year on the market with 4 other lowestoft agents, fanand the team managed to sell my mother's apartment within the short contract time agreed... They are strong negotiators, with oodles of patience.. What makes them different, is they match properties to suitable buyers... They work outside the box, which helped massively.. Very professional and speedy, delivering what they say, when it's needed!
