GoogleWe are currently looking to buy our first house in 50 years of marriage & also the same house, so very nervous. We met Hannah at the property and from the start Hannah put us at ease and explained everything and was very patient & professional she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely use Minor & Brady again as unfortunately this one was just not for us.PositiveProfessionalism

I have been dealing with Minors and Brady for various house viewings - recently I had a viewing with Lewis who was exceptionally good. Not only was Lewis at the door waiting for me a few minutes before the appointment, he knew the property details well and could answer all the questions I had. So overall a very good experience and I’d be keen on working with them again.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish from the Lowestoft team but a special mention must go to Jasmine for all her hard work with the after sales chasing and keeping me up to date. Her professionalism, friendly approach and sheer dedication was clear with every call. Excellent customer service from Jasmine who went above and beyond in my opinion, thank you!

GoogleWe have been looking at properties for a few months now in the Lowestoft area and have had dealings with most of the local estate agents. Minors and Brady have stood out for us. We have luckily found exactly the property we had been searching for and this is in part is all down to Tamsin who has been amazing. She has taken the time to develop a relationship with us and got to know what it is we wanted rather than directing us to properties that just were not suitable. Thankyou Tamsin you are a huge asset to the Minors and Brady team!

GoogleCongratulations Minors & Brady ! To all your team on the opening of your NEW Branch in Lowestoft! If anyone is thinking of selling their home or buying a new one, these are the people you need to talk to! Just a wonderful group. They are all Very friendly and obliging! My personal experience was with Tamsin, one of the team now situated in the New Lowestoft branch. It was without doubt a pleasure to have looked at so many properties with her .Tamsin, was so knowledgeable about each property, also she was so kind as to take me from one property to another as l do not drive. I can not thank her enough for making it easy on finding my new home. So pop in to their new Branch in Lowestoft, and say hello!, Tamsin, and Charlie will be very pleased to meet you and discuses any concerns about buying or selling a property you might have... Thank you to all the team they are like one big family....PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWow... We managed to sell our house within three weeks (could have been sooner if we had of been happy with offers) Before we had even gone on the market we had viewings lined up. Right from the very start the customer service was outstanding, the photo quality is definitely the best and they are all very much on the ball from the get go. I have had dealings with Charlie, Elliot and Tamzin and all of them are brilliant at what they do... Thank you Minors and Brady Lowestoft I would highly recommend your service x

GoogleI recently viewed a property in the South Oulton Broad area, listed with Minors & Brady. From start to finish I was communicated with thoroughly and professionally. This included the viewing where Hannah showed us round said property and was very approachable and talkative throughout, providing information when required and answering any questions we had. Although we missed out on this property, she confirmed that she would keep us in the loop with any similar properties that were suitable for investment purposes.

GoogleToday we viewed a property with Hannah from the estate agents. The property was as explained in the advert and we were so pleased too be shown around by Hannah who was extremely professional in how she welcomed us and gave us the detailed tour of the property. This for me is very important as it reflects the company image. Having now put an offer in place I have too say that all at minor and Brady have treated us with pure professionalism and a courteous manor. Thanks too everyone involved in us hopefully purchasing this property. Charle on the phone and Hannah in the way we have been treated. Excellent. Paul Drake.

TrustpilotViewings with Emily Bygrave
I have had 2 occasions now where Emily Bygrave has shown us around houses. She is definitely an asset to your company. Happy, positive, always happy to that little bit extra and has a good understanding of clients body language and reacts very well to that. She has been helpful indeed. As the major contact person with M&B, she sheds a good light on the company.
