FacebookI have recently sold my house subject to contract and whilst interest was initially slow as soon as Mia from the Caister branch got involved everything improved dramatically she came to the house on the day of a couple of viewings earlier than the appointments to familiarise her self and was marvellous when conducting the viewings, her enthusiasm and professionalism shone through, we received three offers within the same day I can only say it was probably the best house sale experience I have been involved in and would thoroughly recommend the company but most of all Mia.

She has taken the pain away by going above and beyond to get things sorted and kept us up to date probably more than she should have done. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID *RENTERS* AVOIDI didn’t even want to give them one star but I had too. The worst estate agents I have ever rented from. The house was unliveable & no repairs carried out despite constant contact. They didn’t want to ‘spend money’.So they issued a section 21.I moved out MONTHS ago and STILL trying to get my despite back. Awful people, awful estate agents. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
