TrustpilotUnprofessional
Shown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.

TrustpilotCan’t fault them
Great service from Dan, Jessica and all of the Minors and Brady team during our recent sale. We’ve found these guys to be much more proactive than other local agents e.g. they actually answer the phone and can be flexible with arranging viewings etc

GoogleViewed a property in Gunton and was met by Hannah from Minors and Brady. Although the property wasn't quite what we hoped the viewing experience was made all the better because of Hannah. Totally professional with a very happy attitude she answered all of our enquiries without hesitation and gave us plenty of time to look around, even finding the remote for the garage which had been hidden away in a kitchen drawer. Excellent work!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
