Oh Minors and Brady doing it again with your 5* service! You failed to market my house correctly, you failed to communicate with myself regarding certain situations and you also went behind my back regarding a very sensitive situation which was far from professional. We took our house of the market with you, after you didn’t want to compromise with us going on a multi agency agreement, because let’s face it, your customer service isn’t really 5*. You sent out emails regarding properties that match my preferences when they certainly didn’t, I asked for you to update them you never did, kept on sending out irrelevant criteria’s, when I challenged you I received a very sarcastic reply. You send leaflets through the door about putting my house back on the market, yet still need to collect the for sale board, and best of all, you just sent a colleague out to knock on my door and have the audacity to ask if I’m looking to put my property on the market, when my contract with you ended 4 weeks ago. You guys should really do some more research on what customer service really is.

Minors and Brady worked on both my sale and purchase back at at the start of the year and i was very impressed on both sides. My house sold within 24hrs of going onto the market - before it even hit right move! I also made my purchase within the same 24hr period too. I've never known a team to work so quickly! The pictures of both properties looked stunning. Nagilla Santos worked on the purchase...we had quite a few stressful situations within the chain and Nagilla had to do a lot of chasing/pressurising/reassuring to keep everything on track and keep all of us happy! I am really thankful for all her help. Highly recommend this team!

I am writing on behalf of the experience my mother in law had with Minors & Brady very recently. Her house was overvalued by £25,000-£30,000, so her buyers had to magic an extra £20,000 from somewhere. Luckily they managed too but this was not the end of the problems. The aftercare team was beyond incompetent, between being lied to in emails and phone calls to not responding at all. From September when she sold the house, she was told repeatedly that she would have to play catch-up as everyone was ready to move. She was told that they would be exchanging contracts at the start of November, but they didn't because of complications in the chain. The top of the chain buyer was being slow at best, rather than informing the rest of the chain, it was kept under raps. Then my mother in law only found out after Christmas that the first in the chains mortgage agreement had expired and they where waiting for him to get another one before they could exchange contracts. She was told by Minors & Brady that they would be exchanging contracts at the start of November, so she told the property company as such, she was getting a new build. The company was nice enough to hold the property for an additional two months, but this story doesn't have a happy ending. Due to the uncertainty of the whole situation and the severe lack of communication the property company put the house back on the market and sold the property three days after for £10,000 more, which has resulted in my mother in law being £3,000 out of pocket and now backing out the sale, due to her having her heart set on this new build. I would not recommend this company to anyone. P.S I have noticed that all the negative reviews about this company seem to disappear, as I looked a couple of days prior to writing this review.

We have just viewed a property in Oulton Broad and were hosted by Hannah from the Lowestoft office. Whilst we have decided not to pursue the property, 1the viewing itself went really well. On arrival Hannah introduced herself and immediately put us at ease with her calm and friendly demeanor. We were given more than enough time to take in the various attributes of the property with Hannah providing useful background and insight as and when required. Any questions we had were answered and we left thinking that we had learned all we needed to know about the property to make an informed judgement on our next steps. Thank you.

She was very good and informative answering all our questions as we viewed. The house is very good and because Hannah seemed also keen on the property it helped us to decide to make an offer for it which was accepted. Chloe Round recently showed me and my partner round a property. She was super friendly, professional and had genuine interest in any of the questions we asked. She knew a lot about the property too which is a big bonus as I feel this puts other agents to shame and makes the viewing feel rushed/unhelpful as they don't know nearly as much! Minors and Brady have been absolutely brilliant with the sale of our house. Right from the start when Bradley Stark came to value our property he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful throughout the sale. They sold our property within 3 weeks of it going ‘live’ and at a price we where looking for to help us move forward! So thank you all so much! They are the best agents we have dealt with through selling and finding our next home - (and we have viewed a lot of properties with varied agents!) they are always quick and responsive , managing to get viewings in for us around our busy work life and keeping us informed with regular updates and always so helpful!
