TrustpilotExcellent viewing experience
Emily Bygrave did an excellent job showing me around a cottage near North Walsham. She was friendly, knew her stuff about the property, and, I thought, struck the right balance between trying to sell the place and leave me to make up my own mind. It's generally a pleasure dealing with Minors & Brady, something that, unfortunately, can't always be said about the estate agents we've come across during our Norfolk property search.

TrustpilotPersistence
As a company we sell many properties and deal with many agents. The team at Minors and Brady persisted and managed to secure a sale efficiently. Securing a sale is one thing however Jasmin's willingness and persistence to see the sale through to completion was first class. I hope to have the opportunity to use Minors and Brady again. Many thanks. Ross

FacebookMy grandmother recently sold her house via Minors and Brady. We found the whole process really smooth. The team were extremely helpful, especially Jack from the after sales team :) Both my mother and grandmother have used the firm, and we would recommend Minors and Brady for their great service.

FacebookWe contacted Minors and Brady to value our house recently. Connor was very professional and very helpful with lots of insight and advice. Even though we have decided not to go to market at this time, we will definitely use Minors and Brady for our future sale.

GoogleI got my valuation done the Monday by the following Tuesday my property was sold stc. Cant fault every member of staff I dealt with from Dan who did our valuation he was very knowledgeable and made us feel very at ease for what was a very big decision to make, not once did he put pressure on to sell, caitlin who done our brochure she done a top job and quickly made the changes we asked for. Tamsin who we were dealing with mostly she answered all our questions and was very helpful all the way through and finally Jack he went above and beyond with his service securing the sale. I cant fault minors and brady I never dreamt this would all be so stress free they took care of absolutely everything. Hopefully I don't need to use them again but if I do need to sell I will 100% go back to them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter a very long process of buying our first home (no fault of minors and brady) We have finally just exchanged contracts. We had Nagilla as our after sales estate agent and she has been nothing but amazing every step of the way. She was so friendly, kind and helpful and was always there to help with any questions we had. She worked so hard to try and get things sorted for us. Would 1000% recommend minors and brady as every time I have spoken to various members of the team they have always seemed very friendly and so helpful

FacebookI was quite anxious going into my first purchase but thanks to the incredible support and guidance by Lee Mortier, the entire process couldn’t have been easier. Brilliant team, brilliant customer service and again, I can’t talk more highly of how excellent Lee Mortier was. I highly recommend Minors & Brady.

TrustpilotConnie is an absolute star!
Connie has taken time to send me properties that fit my criteria. She has organised external/ virtual viewings for me as I live 4 hours away and it's a challenge finding the time to come up. This means I'm able to gain access to this market which is very fast moving and competitive. Thanks, Connie. You are absolutely brilliant at your job!

TrustpilotThanks Ruby!
After being let down the last 2 days on the trot by 2 other estate agents it was a breath if fresh air to be met at the property by Ruby who was very welcoming and efficient, she was also able to answer all of our questions again something quite rare these days as all our other viewings we have been told to contact the office with any questions.

Minors and Bradey found us great buyers and Cass kept us up to date every week during the purchase period. Really good service. We will use them again.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
