FacebookI have just exchanged on my flat, Cass Creak was excellent throughout the process. She remained positive even though it took longer than expected to exchange. She kept me updated everyday, and chased all external parties without being asked, thank you Cass!

TrustpilotExcellent Service
Excellent service provided by Cass and Dan from the Caister office. Went above and beyond to secure our house sale which was in a challenging chain to say the least. Kept us regularly informed and were a pleasure to deal with being professional, efficient and informative all the way through the process. Grateful thanks to them both. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotGreat viewing and valuation experience
I went to view a property and had a valuation on my house. Liam Upton, who showed me the house, was very friendly, honest and helpful, giving me tips on how to go about improving my situation in order to secure another property. The valuation was carried out by Curtis Pointin who was also friendly and helped me to understand the process of selling and buying as this would be the first time I'd done it

TrustpilotFriendly Viewing
We are new to searching for our first home and we had a viewing booked with James Hodgson. He was very polite and answered all of our questions, we didn’t feel rushed and got all the information we needed. As we finished our viewing he even let us know about a similar property that he thought we might like!

I dealt with a few people at this Estate Agents, from the first person to book an appointment, the second to show us round and then a lovely lovely lady called Caroline Larke who kept us in the loop and was a delight to talk to. This firm is five stars. Thank you so much. Gail and Tom

TrustpilotUse Minors and Brady, they get the job done!
From start to finish Minors have been fantastic. The communication is excellent. Jasmine Fitt in after sales has been fantastic, she has kept me sane and has the best negociating skills. Her after sales care has been above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this firm to anyone. I have sold and completed in just under 4 months.

I just wanted to leave a review regarding Sonya Balls who i met during a recent inspection of the property that i am currently renting. She was very efficient and also a lovely person.I had an issue here at the property shortly after and she managed to get the problem resolved very quickly and professionally!

FacebookUnfortunately from the start the service has been very poor. Details of our house were wrongly written up and they had to come back a second time, still awaiting our own portfolio. The every Wednesday we ring our customers for updates rarely happened. The so called after sales team failed to make contact after house was sold subject to contract until I called them after two weeks... Heard nothing since. On a positive note the photographer was very good.

TrustpilotExcellent viewings
I had the pleasure of being shown around five properties on a Monday morning with M&B's Sam Beggs. He was punctual, knowledgable and confident - a good listener and definitely understood the real world assets I was looking for. Most of the information required was to hand and the small amount that wasn't was quickly sourced and supplied.I would highly recommend both Sam and M&B based on my experiences so far.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Minors & Brady hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Lowestoft.
