Just want to say Georgia Lee has gone above and beyond to send us properties, especially those with price reductions in a really timely manner. She contacted us regularly to see how things were progressing with our search, especially as we were 280 miles away! We had been looking for a few months but our offer on one of your properties did not amount to anything as we felt the seller was not ready to commit. Unfortunately, for Georgia we had an offer accepted on a property with another agent. BUT, that does not detract from Georgia’s endeavours to find us something. She is certainly a great asset to Howard’s.

Staff and business all very friendly and professional. Rented a property out for 3 years with them and no issues what so ever. Had works van stolen whilst at work a year or so back and lost the keys within this too, by the time I was home another set had been arranged so I wasn’t locked out of the house also. Mainly dealt with Sarah there who is very polite and formal. Would defiantly go through them again if ever I needed too. Thanks guys. Good experience all round.
