NICOLA!!!!! What an outstanding character! I cannot sing her praises enough nor do her any justice in this short review. We have been battling back and forth with an exchange date since June with a very long chain. Howards Estate Agent is our sellers agent but Nicola's dedication to see us all through to the end has proved not only invaluable; but made the entire process stress free. Nicola has provided us with regular up to date progress, messaged us late evenings and even during her holidays!!! I have been in sales my whole career and I have never met a more dedicated, passionate, and caring individual like Nicola! She not only kept us calm and reassured throughout these tough few months but also kept the entire chain moving forward. All i can say is Ben Seaman has been incredible. Not only is he so responsive and professional, he goes above and beyond to help. Ben, Lara and Kate have been excellent with managing our buy to let portfolio and as i am 2 hours away in Essex so it give me such reassurance that i know my tenants and i are in good hands. We are currently purchasing a property through Howards. Not living local to Lowestoft has made the process of house hunting quite a challenge in the past few months and we really appreciated how Georgia was able to offer us the flexibility of a virtual viewing to enable us to see the property when our visit dates to Lowestoft didn’t match up with the open house date and therefore save us 6 hours driving and a whole lot of petrol! She has also been brilliant at communicating with us throughout the offer and acceptance stages and highly efficiently and honestly too! So good to deal with someone who is positive and enthusiastic and - most of all - genuine…..Love the fact that Georgia is driven by a moral purpose to treat others as she would like to be treated. It’s also my husband and my values to want to make a positive difference to the lives of other people and we feel we are in safe and trustworthy hands with both Georgia and indeed the Lowestoft Howards branch as a whole.

I have recently worked with Georgia at Howards purchasing a property. Georgia has been extremely helpful all the way through the purchase especially when my solicitors weren’t. She was always the first to update me on any progress before anyone else, even when there were a few hiccups along the way, which were no fault of her own, and did so in a friendly professional manner. Georgia also made time in her very busy diary to fit us in to view the property multiple times even though it wasn’t beneficial for her to do so. I contacted Howard’s via the website to ask for a valuation. Georgia called me within two minutes and we discussed my situation. Within four days the house was on the market and I had already had an offer. Georgia has kept me in the loop at all times even with check in calls despite no progress so I didn’t worry. Superb letting agent. As a landlord I moved to Howards many years ago after a terrible experience with another agency. They have always been on the ball and have access to a wide contractor base which means maintenance work gets done promptly and at reasonable prices. All the staff are brilliant but I would particularly commend Jeremy (Smith) who goes above and beyond. Jeremy was very helpful when I needed a big job doing at the property and was brilliant at liaising with alternative contractors even though they weren't on Howard's books. Very pleased and will be sticking with Howard's in the future.

Ben from Howard’s in Lowestoft recently met myself and my nanny at a beautiful property to show us around, he was extremely helpful and really knew what he was talking about, the house was slightly out of our budget so he has popped a lower offer in for us and has sent over to me some houses that more affordable, he’s kept us both updated every step of the way.
