GoogleHowards rock!! I have been lucky enough to deal with Howards for the past 4 years and during this time i have rented, bought and sold properties, dealt with recalcitrant, and not always easy tenants. BUT the entire staff of Lowestoft office staff are magnificent. Nothing is too much trouble, they deal with queries and problems without batting an eyelid as to what they may do. Their focus is customer satisfaction. I have total faith in their ability to deal without question, anything which may arise. The leadership by Mike Smith is impeccable and he sets the standard by example. Professionalism, a sense of humour and a can do approach wins the day for me. Why deal with anyone less than the best?????????????

GoogleI would like to extend massive thanks to Charlotte Smith at Howards for making the whole process smooth and keeping all elements of the chain in tact. She kept everyone informed as to what was going on and I really would not hesitate to recommend her in regard to dealing with your property sale or purchase. A consummate professional! The same must be said for Vikki Buskell who works in-house for Just Mortgages. She saved the sale and purchase of my house when all looked lost and I was not able to secure a mortgage elsewhere. She worked so efficiently and quickly I had a mortgage within 7 days. Again, I could not recommend this lady more highly.

GoogleI had a phone call with Ayesha, she was so friendly and patient with me and my partner. She was also very helpful in giving us information on properties and it was great service, we wasn’t waiting around for ages like we have been with other people, would definitely recommend Ayesha. GoogleAmy at Howard’s was amazing throughout an exceptionally horrendous experience with the solicitors for my purchase. She was professional, prompt to reply, persistent and patient and reassuring beyond any expectations. I 100% recommend the whole team at Howard’s. After months looking for a property and many many viewings, we can say the treatment we have received, from the first call until yesterday when the lovely and professional Maddie took me to 6 houses, was impeccable. The photos on site show the houses like they are and the patience and efficiency of the team, specially Maddie answering all my questions on the sites and over the phone, was incredible. GoogleLily thank you so much for your time, 100% professional with good in-depth knowledge of the property we viewed, anything you weren't sure of you reassured my wife and I you would liaise with the seller and get those questions answered, which was done in a timely manor and to full extent. My real pet hate is lateness and you surpassed my expectations by being 10 minutes before appointment time to open up the property and ensure it was ready for viewing.
