GoogleStrachen visited our property and we have to say what a fabulous young man he is.. So polite and friendly and a great personality. GoogleI viewed a property which Howards had on the market and subsequently put in an offer, this was handled by Georgia Lee who was very friendly and professional which resulted in an agreed price. She has then followed up the process in a very timely manner and offered any further help as required, I am very pleased with her actions.

GoogleIt’s difficult to take Howard’s as an estate agency seriously, It’s primarily an auctioneers. These launch day shenanigans really are patronising. We were shown around the meadow way property and it was like a cattle market with people encroaching on our time slot. Then it was just a game with the highest bidder winning. Regardless of the customers position the highest bid won, Then a week or so later we were phoned to say the buyers had pulled out surprise surprise! I would strongly recommend you do what the other estate agents do and sell!

Potential income for various priced properties was one thing we discussed, she demonstrated an expert knowledge of the estate agent industry, something which will assist me greatly when buying my first rental property. GoogleEveryone at Howard’s have been incredibly helpful in supporting us with our first house purchase. Since we’ve had a unique situation with completing, a very unhelpful and unorganised solicitors to deal with on the other end and our purchase beginning back in May 2021!! Sean and Amy have been incredible for chasing these solicitors and pushing for answers or actions required for us to move to the next steps and finalise. Finally, we complete this week. I’m on a first name basis with lots of staff at Howard’s, all incredibly patient and professional. It comes across that the whole team work very closely together and in partnership with you as the seller. When it comes to selling your first home you look for honest advice and reliability and that’s exactly what we have received. Throughout the sale of our house, we dealt a lot with Sean who was always pleasant and professional and kept us updated. More recently we also spoke with Amy who I understand had only recently joined the team. GoogleBen, Georgia and the whole sales team at Howard's have been an absolute delight. Honest, friendly and helpful to a fault. I originally got in touch with them regarding a property we wanted to buy, but they were also really helpful as we were on the market with another agency (who market themselves as the best in the area) and we're having a very bad experience in selling our property. They took a lot of stress out of a very stressful situation and went out of their way to help us. It was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend the sales team at Howard's to anyone looking to sell their property.
