We have been speaking to Jeremey over the last few months since moving in our property and he has always been so helpful and friendly. We actually got to put a face to the name last week and he is as lovely in person as he is on the phone/email. His personality shines through and nothing is too much trouble (I am sure he hears some ranting in his job) but always has a smile on his face. He has become more like a friend than "The Agent".A real assett to The Howards Team.

I have now completed the process for buying a house through Howards Estate Agency. The purchase was dealt with thoroughly and Professionally throughout by the team in the Lowestoft Office. The completion was dealt with by Ms Amy Lugo who kept me informed and advised whilst incurring some final timing difficulties. Her help was very much needed and appreciated. My opinion is that the service provided has been top class and very easy and relaxing with all questions answered on time. Very helpful and well organised operation.

Myself and co-tenant were looking to move to Lowestoft and have been in contact with many different estate agents, none of which went as above and beyond and Daniel Brown has for us! I have been dealing with many lettings agencies lately and have been very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service I have received from Mark from Howards. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he was also proactive, asking me what would make my ideal rental property. He then went on to recommend a second object that would match with my criteria. I had the honour of having Letting Negotiator Daniel Brown show me several (at least 4) different, fantastic properties over the course of several months. He was always amazingly patient, listening to every demand and need I had made as a private tenant looking to find a new property to live in. He was always early to viewings, even when I was mostly late! If I ever needed to look for a property again, I'd contact Dan immediately, knowing I'd be provided with the best service possible.

I instructed Howards to sell my late step father's property in Corton because they were the only agent to follow up on the valuation they carried out for me (I never heard anything further from the other two) and I thought if they were keen for the instruction they would work harder to sell the house. I wasn't disappointed. The property sold within 3 weeks and Amy has kept me informed of progress throughout. The whole process has only taken 12 weeks from start to finish so well done to all concerned
