GoogleI received a very good service from Howards from the outset. All staff I have had dealings with when selling my home have been very professional and helpful. Amy has kept me informed of how my house sale was progressing and was happy to contact both my Solicitors and my (very slow moving) buyers Solicitors to move the sale forward. I would have no hesitation in using Howards again in the future.

GoogleAfter spending six months with another estate agent that amounted to 3 viewings, Howards sold our property (stc) on day 1 of us joining them. Though there might have been an element of luck in selling so quickly, the major difference between Howards and our previous estate agent was the quality of the service, the effective and friendly communication, and the professional care that all the staff have shown us. GoogleMy initial enquiry was handled professionally with a follow up friendly and polite email, but did not hassle me. Their marketing strategy seemed effective and the property sold in less than a week for the top price. Whilst you need the estate agent to be good at selling, I was really impressed with their relationship skills. They remembered details, names, relationships and circumstances, making it all feel very personal and that they were wanting to work for you as an individual rather than a 'sale'. .PositiveQuality

Google5 stars is simply not enough! Attentive, professional, thoughtful, community focused and simply wonderful. Having bought and sold several properties with Howards in the last 20 years, we have always found the experience to be painless and a pleasure. The folks at Howards know Lowestoft and surrounding areas really well, knowing the market and valuing accordingly. Viewings have always been conducted perfectly, even through this time of social distancing. GoogleToday I had a viewing with Addison. He was absolutely fantastic! While the first property as lovely he listened yo what I'd said and we had an adhoc viewing at a house which was perfect. He listened to the location I wanted and the room sizes and matched me perfectly. Fab guy I look forward to dealing with him again
