My first time in selling a property and Donna was truly amazing. It was a very lengthy process with a few complications but Donna was so understanding, supportive and mostly reassuring. She answered every email I sent instantly and went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through smoothly. If I was buying or selling another property I wouldn’t hesitate to use Balgores and would highly recommended them also.

GoogleI have received excellent support and service from Sam in securing a mortgage. She is calm and reassuring and importantly gets the business done. Her experience and knowledge of the mortgage process and market has really taken the stress out of buying a house. Glenn Hardie was our mortgage broker and Bobby Taylor our estate agent. A brilliant team! Glenn was very professional and thorough, spending a lot of time explaining our available mortgage options and always making himself available for any questions. Ultimately helping us in securing a financial product with a very good interest rate!Bobby likewise is very professional and proactive. In fact the house we have just purchased was put forward to us by Bobby who arranged a viewing. We would not have viewed this property otherwise. He is always available for questions and throughout the transaction has been brilliant support in liaising with our surveyor, lawyers and providing us access to the property when required. A great service from a brilliant team!

I dealt with Christopher West when selling my mothers house. I found him to be knowledgeable and very helpful in the initial setting up of the sale.Once photos has been taken the property was placed on the market at the correct price and the house sold within a day. I was kept fully up to date with how the sale was progressing by Balgores who endured a trouble free completion was reached. I would have no hesitation using Balgores again.

Absolutely delighted that we chose to go with Joe at Balgores on the sale of our property. Every step of the experience was made as easy as possible for us and he was incredibly supportive not just on our sale, but also helped us overcome the many challenges we faced on our linked onward purchase. Joe was a real ‘partner’ and went through it all with us. He was empathetic and professional, and we really can’t thank him enough for all the hours he put in for us. GoogleSo, on the 24th of February 21 me and family went to view a property in Chigwell with Balgores Estates (Loughton). After viewing the property we had put an offer in which the colleague was very rude about saying the offer is unheard of - moving forward, the holding deposit had been put in place, also agreeing a monthly amount (Landlord was more than happy to proceed) along with all the referencing (including the guarantor) being accepted. After three/four weeks we still hadn't heard anything from the Estates Agents or Landlord, then I get a call from Henry himself saying that the Landlord has accepted another offer not explaining as to why this has been done when this interested tenants had come a week and a half after us (property was meant to be off the market when the holding deposit is taken) but the best thing about this is that the another tenants haven't even done there referencing yet! Avoid these estates agents by a flying mile, they will lead you on and play around with you saying its the landlords fault (which also I'm guessing he was involved with). Very unprofessional Estates Agents.

From beginning to end, the respect, courtesy and professionalism that I have witnessed from all the members of staff I have dealt with on this journey has been unique. The Loughton branch manager, Jack Clarke, has done exactly what he told me would....he got my property on the market , he targeted the correct sector and and I had an offer on the first viewing. There was no pressure to accept that offer and I didn't. Bookings remained constant and two weeks later, I accepted an offer that was right for me, From accepting the offer that I wanted to exchange / completion has taken two months and for me, the process has been painless. I have to name people - Dylan and Sammy from the Loughton office and Louise at the Romford office have all been so helpful. I know I'm repeating myself but I literally could no be happier. I wish all of them every success - as a branch, the deserve to thrive locally and I am sure they will. Please feel free to contact me if there is any other information I can offer in terms of my recent experience.

We signed up to all the estate agents in the area and with every viewing and being consistently told we would find nothing within our budget in the area we wanted, we decided to walk in to all estate agents one Saturday. All we’re fails until we walked into Balgores Loughton and we’re introduced to Dillan Mack. Dillan instantly showed us a more than ideal house that same day and followed up with 2 more that week. We then settled for our dream place in the area we wanted with a viewing - completion start and end date of 60 days. We couldn’t have done it without Dillan. We have received an excellent service from Balgores in the marketing and sale of our property. They handled all the viewings and worked around times convenient to us. We would like to thank Josh for dealing with the viewings and particular thanks to Sarah for all her hard work and tenacity in getting us to exchange of contracts on our sale and purchase at such a busy time in the property market. She has worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to achieve completion before the SDLT deadline. I would highly recommend Balgores in future to anyone looking to sell their property.

Joe has been excellent throughout our purchase, and kept on top of the whole process and went above and beyond. We sold through another agent, but our purchase was with Balgores, and there was no comparison in the service given between Balgores and the other… we can’t thank Joe enough for pushing our chain on and getting things across the line. Buying a property during the pandemic has been a long, challenging and frustrating process. I firstly want to thank Josh Finch who initially showed myself and my wife around to a few properties even drove us to a couple of viewings as we were travelling by foot, this was really appreciated. I wanted to say a big thank you to Lucy and Mackensie to get the mortgage application approved and keeping me informed at all stages.Last but not least me and my wife want to say a big thank you to Sarah Oakley who progressed our property purchase with efficiency, great customer service and always kept me informed of any and all changes (which was quite a few!) Her professionalism and commitment to her job is highly commendable.I highly recommend the services of the Balgores property team.

Some staff at Balgores Estate Agents in Dagenham are time wasters specially Femi Aladeokin. Although Alfie was genuine who showed me the property at 58 Rogers Road Dagenham. I made an offer on the property and was given the impression that the vendor most likely would accept this offer as it was the highest and that the property had been vacant for the past year due to probate order. I was informed by Alfie to send all my solicitors details as this would speed matters, which I did. The following day Femi Aladeokin came on the scene informing me that he is dealing with the property and Alfie was dealing on his behalf and that the vendor has refused my offer so I increased my offer and after five minutes Femi called me to say that my increased offer had been refused. I then increased my offer to the full asking price but I believe it was never conveyed to the vendor although I was a chain free and met the vendors requirements. Femi sent me a letter that evening via his admin team in which he only mentioned my first lower offer (and no mention of the higher offer) saying vendors non acceptance of the lower offer. When I called the next day I was kept on hold for long time and Femi did not have the courtesy to come to the phone and I was never informed if the vendor was ever conveyed my offer of the full asking price. Very sly and unprofessional behaviour of Femi Aladeokin i would not be recommending them to anyone. Avoid being served by Femi Aladeokin when dealing with Balgores estate agents in Dagenham.

Grant who was handling our sale was excellent and went out of his way to make sure it all went smoothly despite a few hiccups along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property in Worthing (and surrounding areas) as they truly are a pleasure to work with. Not only that but on completion of our purchase, we had a little gift box given to us when collecting the keys which really wasn't necessary but an added little touch that makes it feel more personal.

I can’t praise Balgores enough, especially Sarah Oakley and Allannah.My house didn’t even go on right move and sold for the asking price, I was happy I only had to show 3 couples round as my schedule is hectic and selling and buying is one of the most stressful things in life but Sarah made it so much less stressful than it should of been, she did all the chasing with solicitors, buyers and sellers..... I wouldn’t go to any other estate agent now..... just go to Balgores..... Best Estate Agent

Excellent service from Balgores when we wanted to purchase our first property. Thanks to Lucy Franklin our mortgage broker who helped us on our way to getting all the necessary paperwork we needed to get started. She was very friendly and professional and easy to work with and welcomed every inquiry we had and there was no silly question. We were then met by Balgores property consultant Josh Finch who was extremely helpful in helping us organise our viewings. He also endeavoured to allow a degree of flexibility to suit our busy schedules. Thanks to Sarah Oakley and Mackensie Walker who helped us through the final proceedings in co-ordinating everything we needed with our solicitor. They were very professional and worked in a timely manner to help speed things up for us due to the urgency of our situation. Henry from the Loughton Branch has been exceptionally helpful in supporting both me and my husband whilst viewing a property that we might want to let in the Loughton area. He has been honest, trustworthy and ensured he has been available to us even out of office hours. He has listened to me ramble on about my personal concerns about the property and continues to try his best to put our minds at rest at each stage so far. We couldn't have asked for a better service. We have dealt with many estate agents in the past who have not gone above and beyond like Henry has - he has really stuck out as a good egg to us and even if we don't end up going for the property that he has shown us we know that he has done his best to make us feel at ease.
