arrogant, rude and not serious

Prior to the viewing they asked inappropriately detailed questions about finances as if you're trying to buy Buckingham Palace. On arrival the owner wasn't in and was never informed of the viewing. Balgores response: Ah well, bad luck. We don't even bother look at their property listings anymore, to us they're obvious scammers.

I am a Hong konger buying the property in the UK for the first time. The buying property whole process in the UK are quite different from those in Hong Kong, that is not easy, fortunately with the help of the entire team of Balgores Property of Hornchurch, they helped me find my favorite house, and I am happy to tell you, now the transaction was finally completed.From making appointment viewings the house until to my offer to the seller for negotiation, Sam and Kellee were get it done quickly, Hannah take over the case afterward, she always follow up my every email promptly, react quickly to my every requirements, she work carefully and responsible, with high efficiency and achievements, including some negotiation about the furniture with the seller, one more important thing is Hannah kept helping me urge my solicitor, enable the transaction can still be completed quickly during the pandemic period.I am here express my gratitude to this team of Balgores Property of Hornchurch, they all are excellent, especially Hannah, she really a good helper.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Conor, Charisse and the rest of your team. You really do a great job dealing with us your landlords and of course the wonderful tenants. You always are professional, attentive, on top of any issues and always ready to give advice regarding tradesmen for repairs, general work needed to the property. Also, you work so well as a liaison between Landlord and tenants. I would like to make it known to your bosses how much I appreciate all that you do as a team.I would also like to give a massive praise to Dan Day one of your contractors you use and recommend. When my last tenant moved out there was some work that I wanted to have some work done on the property. You recommended Dan and I cannot praise him enough! He has been very professional, hardworking, executes work in a very timely manner, accommodating, always looking out for your best interest. He is a pleasure to work with and a massive asset to you. Balgores Upminster were great

Balgores Upminster were great, we sold our property quickly then lost out buyers, literally the whole branch worked tirelessly to find a replacement buyer. Branch Manager Richard was great when he valued our house, no pressure to go with them and when we did he didn't try to influence which package to go with. Both Chris & Heather in branch were able to step in and out of helping us easily so we felt very looked after. Communication was clear, advice was freely offered and when I wobbled whoever picked the phone up took the time to clam me down. We have a lovely new home thanks to Balgores Upminster and I can't thank them enough!!

Perfect from start to finish!

We recently sold our previous property and also purchased our new property, through Balgores Dagenham. Curtis done a fantastic job handling the sale of our house (for above asking price) and then provided us with a number of properties that fit our needs perfectly. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, especially given the current situation with the pandemic and also made us feel like friends rather than a client. Couldn't have done enough for me, definitely would use Balgores again

I had to sell and purchase a property given some unfortunate personal circumstances, and Curtis at Balgores handled both for me. These weren't straight forward transactions, however Curtis and the team handled it all for me to make it as seamless as possible. The transactions went through quicker than expected and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Estate agents often get a bad reputation, but these guys go above and beyond to help you and their advice and expertise is invaluable!

Wish I went with Balgores to begin with

I've been looking to sell my house now for the past 9 months which in current conditions was difficult and after trying a couple of different agencies a friend told me to try Balgores in Dagenham as they helped them to sell their property. All round excellent service - Balgores Romford

From start to finish the service provided by Gavin and team at Balgores Romford was excellent! From the first instruction to sell our property, the service was fantastic with regular updates reducing all the stresses that are associated with moving houses. Gavin put everything into Layman's terms and what really impressed us was the speed and efficiency of the process. Top quality photography was followed by numerous viewings and we were delighted with the amount of interest generated in such a short amount of time. All of this organised so carefully in the midst of a pandemic. The regular updates whether about viewings, offers or progress of the sale legalities, we always felt well informed from Gavin and the team.I would highly recommend Balgores Romford and would not hesitate to use their services again!

My husband and I were looking for a flat to start a family when came across Balgores Property Romford. We had excellent experience with one of the agents whose name is Katrina. She showed us the property and was extremely helpful, allowed me to make measurements and was very patient. Katrina was very knowledgeable about the property and gave very useful advise. It was our first time looking for a property to rent as we were recently married and Katrina made it pleasurable experience. Had a recent viewing for a duplex. The agent who showed us around was not accommodating and not knowledgeable about the property, telling us that all details will be in the pack that she has given us. Also made it a point to tell us that she has other people coming to view the property soon and wanting us out of the property. Also gave me a call back and asked why we viewed the flat if we now realise we want a house. As a customer, I would not want to deal with an agent who thinks that customers are dispensable just because there is a boom with housing sales. We viewed the flat as we were looking for either flats or houses and our viewings have led us to solidify our choice for wanting a house instead. We would have considered this is property if not for the subpar experience we've had. It is not up to the customer to read up on the property because as an estate agent, you should know what you are trying to sell. I think agents sometimes forget that the customer will only put their money into a company that makes the whole process of moving houses a less stressful experience than it already is.

Please ignore all the fake 5 star reviews.

Please ignore all the fake 5 star reviews saying things like Daniella is great (she really isn’t) and you are left with a lot of people saying the same thing which was also our experience. Once they have your money you’re gonna get ignored. We had several maintenance issues which we reported which were ignored and don’t even think about getting your deposit back without having to go through the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

From asking for valuation on my house through to completion, all the staff at Balgores were so helpful & looked after me every step of the way. It was a long & complicated journey but I’d just pop in & get any issue sorted out there & then. As a technophobe they would always help me with emails, copies & scanning things straightaway. It felt like sitting there & having a chat with friends while they had my back & sorted anything out. Highly recommend, thank you all guys!
