Pete Walker and Claire Dartnell are invaluable to anyone looking for a mortgage and the level of personalised expert service they have provided us has been by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Pete was highly recommended as a mortgage broker by a friend and it was the best decision we made. Pete and Claire were both fantastic and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions. Pete has an huge amount of experience which was priceless to us as we had a complex leasehold sale as well as the onwards purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sought advice about our sale from his trusted contacts (solicitors and other brokers) to help us with our sale. He made the mortgage application completely stress free and was incredibly knowledgable and realistic about it and we couldn’t be more grateful. Claire has been amazing and was constantly in contact with our solicitors to get updates on both our sale and purchase which was amazing. Thank you both so much!!

Myself and my partner had such an amazing experience when we were searching for a mortgage/house. Our mortgage advisor Gemma was amazing! She was so knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end, I literally can’t thank her enough for all her help and support and knowledge, she made the process a lot less stressful. Even when we were nearly ready to complete Gemma was still searching for the best rates and even managed to get our interest rate lower. After we completed we then was recommended Glenn to speak to us about life insurance, once again he was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us for the best deal for our life insurance and contents insurance for our property. Thank you both so much.

As first time buyers, we had little understanding on how to go about applying for a mortgage. Peter was very helpful in advising on the mortgage application and throughout the whole process. Our buying experience was full of postponements and delays yet Peter and the Balgores Sales team were the one team that was chasing and on our side. Abbie and Donna were always super responsive and helping us with queries and follow ups. We are really happy with their service and we highly recommend it! Thank you very much!

I was lucky enough that I found Pete and his team Chloe, Claire & Donna in Upminster that I can know say I have found my home that I had been looking for. 11/10 experience honestly could not thank you guys enough. Although the process was lengthy, they kept me informed with regular updates and clear communication, which provided reassurance throughout. Despite representing the seller, I felt they genuinely considered my position, remained professional, and handled everything efficiently. We worked with Abi, Peter & Claire on the purchase of our first home Abi was so fabulous & showed us around a number of properties - she always made sure to call ahead of a property going live on site and have us booked as one of the first viewings We worked with Peter and Claire throughout for our Mortgage. We checked in with multiple brokers & comparison sites and Peter provided a rate significantly more competitive than anything we'd seen with other brokers / lenders. We were first time buyers, Peter & Claire supported throughout the process, always available on email or phone to answer any questions we had - taking us through all the terms of the offer Highly recommend working with the in house team - you can generally get a response from both broker and agent within an hour and it keeps the sale moving at a good pace

I would like to give the highest possible praise to the overall rental service from Balgores Properties and in particular to Dan Lawrence. Dan deals promptly with issues that arise. He makes sure the tenants are listened to and problems sorted in a timely way. Dan always keeps me informed as to what is going on and presents me with solutions, not problems. Dan is a great communicator, fabulous to work with and highly recommended.

They felt my lost soul in this process so after a call with Germma I was encouraged, calm and looked after. Balgores was the agent we used to buy the property. In the final stages of the exchange Billy and Paul both worked hard to get this over the line, especially as the deal ran into some difficulties with our buyer. Balgores Property Upminster Branch were excellent from start to finish. We were very impressed with how polite, caring and professional Christopher was from the initial valuation, marketing and thereafter. Abbie, Chloe and Ricky kept us well informed about viewings and feedback. Abbie and Chloe also did the viewings. Once the sale was agreed Ellie sent the appropriate paperwork via email and Donna was our Sales Progressor. The whole team worked hard to secure a sale and for this we are extremely grateful. I would recommend Balgores to anyone who wants to sell their property in the Upminster area.

I was very impressed with Charlie and his team. I had no experience of selling a property by auction but Charlie’s experience gave me confidence. He ensured I was kept up to date at each stage and I am so pleased I took his advice. Thanks to Charlie and his team’s hard work, the house sold for a much higher price than I expected and the process was quick and painless. Contracts were exchanged at the end of the auction and completion will be in 28 days. There is no chance of the buyer trying to re-negotiate on the price or trying to delay the sale. I would definitely use Balgores again and would recommend them as they were both efficient and professional.

Balgores Property has been an amazing service, the team there really did take the time to find me the perfect home that met my requirements. I have now moved in to my property. The reason why I have given this 3 stars and not 5 which I personally would of, is because they referred me to their in-house solicitors - AVRillo. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM ! I was quoted by the solicitors 2K but by the end of it i had to end up paying over £3,700, absolute joke ! This puts Balgores in a bad light as this is a service you recommend and offered. This has hugely put me out of pocket.

I have been a senior manager for the NHS for many years and would have been proud of any member of my staff that was as friendly, competant and dedicated to customer care as Deepak was to me during the buying/selling process. I was let down by several other estate agent but Dee secured my sale and my purchase. I could not be happier, he almost felt like one of tge family

This organisation helped us to sell our existing house and purchase our new house. They took all of the stress and aggravation out of this process making it easy and straightforward for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They were unfailing in their limitless patience from the number of times they made themselves available to show us and our contractors our potential new house to the numerous times they helped us navigate the online conveyancing. Their knowledge of the market was spot on and their in-depth knowledge of their customer needs both ours and our buyers and sellers meant that they were able to smooth over any potential problems before they had time to materialise. Excellent service and customer care. We would certainly recommend them unreservedly especially Billy and would have no hesitation in using them for any other moves that we may make.
