I can not recommend Starr highly enough. From start to finish she was truly unbelievable in helping us find a rental last minute…. She went above and beyond, and anytime I needed help with anything, she was always available and happy to help, and trust me, I was in touch so often, I was fully aware that i was driving her mad! But she was always on hand and proactive, the care and attention she put in to our situation, which was full on, because of our situation, was amazing, she showed compassion, and she genuinely cared about us! We don’t Evan know where to start to explain how fantastic our broker Peter walker is. From start to finish Peter took control and handled absolutely everything. He will go above and beyond for his customers we was so lucky to have him. He is the most down to earth man and he will stop at nothing to give you the best of everything. Peter handled our mortgage, home insurances, life insurances and sadly my daily stress. Pete takes it all on his shoulders and will tell you that’s what he is there for to take the worry away from his clients and he does exactly that. He gets things done yesterday and luckily expects the same from everyone else. If you are moving you need Peter walker in your life trust me !!! Scott and his team have been outstanding. I have used Scott on 3 house sales, and ,on every one of them, he has achieved a much higher price than any other agent even predicted. The strategy, industry and local insight and knowledge, along with the manner in which Scott and his team conduct themselves with, has proven them successful. Balgores in Romford dealing with Glenn Hardie and Claire Dartnell is amazing. I could not thank Glenn and Claire enough for their professional and calm approach towards the mortgage from start to Finish. The fact find to mortgage offer. When I couldn’t get the documents in a timely manner for one provider Glenn was very helpful by applying with another lender. It turned out to change my fortunes as i was given an offer by them within a week and am now in a strong position to complete on a house which I must complete on by 22nd March 2024 due to auction deadline.

Rubbish, didn’t have a clue what was going on during the whole process, even though they controlled the whole chain! Said they would call back with more information and an update, but never did, I had to chase them again and again! Never done any due diligence on potential buyers, so they haven’t checked to see if they had mortgage offers etc. Very frustrating, I would avoid if possible. Also more expensive than others! Only went with them as they had control of the complete chain, but that didn’t help!

Being the FTB, we were not clear with the home buying process, mortgage, home insurance but had preconceived notions. And then we met Balgores property team- Chris & Chloe and mortgage team Pete, Donna and Claire. As soon as we said yes to the house, they arranged everything for us and the whole process was closed in 2 months time; extremely efficient team. We asked for it and they arranged it for us like a genie.
