I saw 2 property made up my mind to buy out right. Rang the chadwell heath branch and men answered. I said hi I am interested in 2 properties to buy can I have a details plz. His reply was can i be more polite. I should ask how is he and how was his day? Is this a joke. I dont want friends mate. Go out more. Make friends. I dont want to merry your mum. I have funds and I like to buy. No joke. I belive staff at chadwellheath branch is not I trained in how to accommodate customers and not Intreated in sells. This is my 3rd experience at this branch and I belive staff don't like non whites there approaching for business. I can see their reviews it proves this. If I was a land lord I would not give my property to this clowns. Sycastic and recisum I feel in their tone of voice when spoken. Avoid this branch if you can. You would thank me later. Componey should change staff. Specially on the phone. Disspointed.

We decided to sell our house, so I arranged for half a dozen estate agents to come round and give me a valuation. After listening to most of their sales pitches and a fair bit of nonsense, I started to worry, am I even going to find the right estate agent? 🤯 Out of desperation, I rang Balgores, not one of the big-name agencies, but I thought I’d give them a try. Femi, the branch manager, turned up. He didn’t give a sales pitch or waffle. The only thing he said was, “I want this property on my books, and I will sell it.” We agreed on a commission rate we were both happy with, and within a week, we had over 30 viewings and an agreed offer. We’ve now officially sold the property, and we also used Balgores’ recommended solicitors, PCS, who were excellent. Femi, Sarah, and the rest of the team were brilliant and supportive throughout the entire process. Thank you. But there’s one person who really stood out. Once Femi and the team had done their job, they passed the case on to someone who saw it through to exchange and completion. I’m in my 60s and I’ve always wanted to meet Wonder Woman, and I finally did. Louise. I had so many conversations with her over the phone. She was on top of everything. When we received emails from the solicitor filled with jargon, Louise would call us and explain everything in plain English. She made a very stressful process feel manageable, and even human. I truly hope that everyone going through a sale or purchase has a Louise to guide them through it. No one asked me to write this review. I’m doing it because it’s well deserved. I also hope the owners and senior managers of Balgores read this, because it’s people like Louise who make your company what it is. I sincerely hope you show your appreciation with a Pay rise or at best a bonus. Sometimes, we don’t realise how valuable someone is… until it’s too late. Louise, thank you so much for all of your help. Much appreciated And I hope you enjoy your flowers, chocolates and wine. Thank you Tony

GoogleRecently engaging Balgores as we were moving abroad Paul and Nikola have been great. For the initial steps Paul was very professional and friendly and helpful in addressing any questions. Nikola has done a great job finding tenants for us in a very short time frame; she has been on the ball from day one and very proactive which has made the whole process stress-free on our end. Great communication, attention to detail, professionalism and friendly manner.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on a house sale through Bacon & Co, Broadwater. This is the third time we’ve used them. Scott, the manager has always been honest and transparent. On this occasion, Daisy did most of the legwork, smoothing the path when inevitable issues arose between buyer and seller. Since the house was vacant, they also provided access for work quotes, removals etc. Both going above and beyond. Highly recommended.

GoogleNikola was a great help in getting my housing situation sorted. I was looking for a place that was convenient enough for me to travel to Central London while still attending school within the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. She was kind, fair and understanding unlike some of the property companies that I’ve been to. And most importantly, she made sure that I felt comfortable with each process even if there were delays on my side because of my work schedule. Could not thank them enough for getting me a beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

We followed suit & successfully sold our house within 3 weeks of it being listed with Balgores Upminster. We have no doubt this is because of the exceptional service from all the team, but especially from Chris West. Chris is professional, approachable & passionate about what he does. Very easy to talk to, exceptionally professional and knowledgeable in Estate Agency matters giving good advice even if his advice at times is not in his best interests.
