TrustpilotBalgores
Early this year we entrusted Balgores in Upminster with firstly selling our property and then finding us our new house. The sale was managed with very little input from ourselves and with a great deal of consideration for our comfort during the process. Having found us our new property in the location we were seeking we encountered a long delay in the buying process due to certain legal matters during which time we were provided with access to the house by the ever patient Jessica Smith and afforded a conduit to liase with the sellers by the always optimistic and cheerful Donna Hickey both of whom made the experience so much easier.

TrustpilotA massive thank you
I just want to start by saying a massive thank you to both Peter and Claire, without them we would not be purchasing our first home.Peter stuck with us since the beginning, replying to my texts at all times even when it was late at night when I had a question, arranging zoom calls and explaining the whole process to us in simple terms. I think we are all as relieved as each other to finally get this over the line πClaireβs communication skills were excellent, always replying to emails and chasing on our behalf without us needing to send any reminders she was always one step ahead, she does a lot of work behind the scenes to get all documents sorted and to help the process run smoothly! Claire goes above and beyond! We will defo be back with our next house move (no time soon) and hope you will both still be here to help us again π

TrustpilotVery pushy
I donβt usually leave reviews but I felt i needed to share. Recently had to put the family home on the market due to divorce, and following advice from solicitors, asked 5 different estate agents to value our property before choosing one to go with, Balgores being one of them. We ultimately decided to use a different agent, and this company have not left me alone- sending blunt texts asking why we didnβt choose them and seemingly not taking no for an answer. I found them unprofessional in that they kept calling and texting me - pushing me to potentially break my contract with my chosen agent, causing me extra stress and the need to send a message requesting they stop contacting me. I appreciate itβs a competitive industry, but I felt harassed.

TrustpilotAlways getting the best and fastest service!
We have sold and bought properties with them twice now and they are the best!! We did try other agents who are cheaper but they could not do the job as great and fast as Balgores. The experience and trust build over the years really shows in their selling abilities.

TrustpilotThe worst estate agent that I have everβ¦
The worst estate agent that I have ever experienced. No customer service at all, no insight into the chain, no communication, passed around the office so having to explain yourself to multiple people. How they justify their 1.5% I do not know. Save yourself the stress and use someone else.

Dear Mr White,Thank you for your feedback. We have since spoken to your partner who is selling through us currently and discussed the above regarding her sale. The trail of events on the onwards purchase is where, unfortunately through no control of ours, this has fallen through. We will continue to assist your partners sale until a conclusion has been met, and wish you best of luck with a future purchase.Kind regards,Balgores Hornchurch

TrustpilotThe Pride of Balgores
I was introduced to Gemma and Mackensie through Balgores whilst searching for our new home. She was able to help me arrange the best finance package more than what I was quoted by the banks by a mile. I have just received my full mortgage offer today and grateful for the hard she has put in for us. She would go above and beyond providing advice and guidance through the whole process even out of hours. I would highly recommend them both for all your financing needs.Gemma and Mackensie, thank you so much:)
