GoogleReading the other reviews I think I or they must have used a different agent. I found them to be thoroughly unprofessional. They make promises they don't keep and don't return calls. I think I sold the property and they got the commission for doing nothing. Neither the purchaser and myself would never use them again. And, just to confirm, it was the Broadwater office.

Best team in the Havering area: if you're buying or selling use Balgores, you won't regret it!Donna, Peter and Claire at the Upminster branch were on top of all enquiries, made the process incredibly smooth, and got my purchase done. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and having this dream team in my corner, took the stress off me completely: thank you to all!Having been through the process of buying and selling houses a few times now in Hornchurch and Upminster, I've dealt with a few local agents. The Balgores team are miles ahead of all the other estate agents - I've never had any problems with others in the area, but the service from Balgores, specifically Donna, Claire, Pete and Chris, was just perfection and noticeably more communicative and smoother than I've had before and actually made the process fun.

GoogleTerrible! From start to finish. 6 months of waiting only for the purchase to fall through twice!! because it took too long. Never followed up on promised call backs I had to do all the chasing. Will not go with bacon and co again! Avoid!

Hi Adam and thank you for taking the time to write a review on our services to you as a buyer, we are just of course so sorry that we have left you feeling the way you are. Please be assured from start to finish our only goal was to see you purchase a new home. It was however an awful ending to the transaction, with you and three other parties all let down by one seller who decided not to move, heart-breaking for all concerned. I am sorry you feel we are in part to blame for this, in truth we truly blame the legal process, as if matters had not taken so long this outcome may have been avoided, but we feel we did our job very well by having all links in our chain ready to move within three months. Whilst we managed to overcome a number of hurdles along the way, including a vendor changing their purchase half way through, there was nothing we could do to stop the final seller pulling out on everyone, and believe us we tried. We had three properties in this chain, and if its any comfort to you, this chain falling through will see no charges from us to anyone involved. We understand you may not buy through us again due to the above, which is a shame, but equally we very much wish you every success in re-finding and above all a quick and smooth transaction next time around.

I used Ric Burns of the Upminster Office to act for my client in the sale of a probate property. The matter was very complicated but he was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Once we were in a position to proceed the matter went through quickly and efficiently at an excellent price. By then Ric had already done so much work in relation to the matter, and had helped by arranging regular visits to the property for insurance purposes . I cannot recommend highly enough.

What can we say, the whole team from start to finish. From Richard, Abbie & Chris and then Donna our sales Progressor. Each and everyone has been attentive, understanding and even took time to congratulate us on exchanging contracts. A special mention also goes to Peter Walker backed up by Claire, He has been superb with his advice, his personality and at times a rock when we had wobbles during the economic uncertainties. At a time when things can be overwhelming with the journey of selling a property, to know you have trusted advisers and a support team working through things every step of the way with you is where the investment of having an agent really pays off. Balgores Hornchurch have been helpful, transparent in communication and professional throughout when selling our home. I don’t often leave reviews but feel this is necessary. After having such a lovely experience with a different agent (that has continued even after moving in) it shows the lack of care you get with Balgores who forget you exist once they have the commission from letting the property. You can also expect a fight for a return of deposit at the end of tenancy from Balgores as it’s been over a month since I moved out and I am still waiting. You get ‘cut off’ during transfer on the phone and emails go unanswered. Unprofessional, money grabbers.

They never answer to the phone and only requires you to complete a form. I personally think this is wrong because not all the necessary Information are available . As for example I have to enquire about the pets if accepted by the property and I have to complete a form . Plus never heard back so I stop completing them and avoingin any advert posted by them as they are useless!
