I have rented through Balgores twice now and can honestly say that Toni has been excellent, helpful and approachable, she booked me in for a viewing the same morning I approached her and that house is soon to be my home, I cannot thank her or rate her and the team enough. Would recommend to anyone. Rosaria

Amazing service and guidance from Donna Hickey, Claire Dartnell, Chole and Peter Walker at the Upmister branch. At the time I was first time buyers and they all made the whole process go Smoothly for me. Any queries we had they answered it straight away and were very professional. The entire team took great responsibility of my journey for buying my house and treated the process as if it was their own journey. I honestly cannot thank them enough and would definitely recommend their services.

GoogleMostly dealt with Louise from the Loughton office and she was brilliant - everything you want from an agent and I was the buyer so not even paying her a fee!! She chased people up, kept in touch, was polite and professional and called when she promised. Thank you Louise you made everything easier!

TrustpilotWhat an unexpected 5* service!!!
I say unexpected as I, unfortunately, had a not so positive experience with Balgores years ago (apart from Pete, the mortgage guru, he's always been legendary!). When the house I wanted to view this time was with them I was a bit worried. So, before they even started they were on the back foot with me which highlights just how good the service was to turn my opinion on its head. I can't thank the team enough, Pete, Claire, Donna and of course the epic Dee...you are incredible at your jobs and helped make a stressful process as smooth and reassuring as possible... thank you, thank you, thank you!

GoogleNikola from Balgores has been great helping us find and sign for our new flat. She is attentive, quick to answer questions and has made the process pleasant whereas other agencies have made it quite difficult. Balgores have been a delight to deal with - friendly and communicative.

TrustpilotExcellent Service
We sold last year through Balgores Dagenham and could not fault them. Having bought and sold in the past the experience with Balgores was above and beyond, and if we choose to move in the future we would definitely use them again. Thanks to Curtis and his team for making it all go so smoothly!

TrustpilotOutstanding service
Balgores continues to provide an outstanding service. I have used the company for a number of years and had one change over of residents in my rented property. I find all staff helpful and knowledgeable, but have had most contact with Daniel Lawrence. He is always polite, informative and excellent at keeping me up to date with people viewing the property and progress with offers made on renting. I feel confident that the rental process is in safe hands with Balgores.

TrustpilotApproachable and hard working
I was looking to organise my life insurance along with my mortgage application. The staff at balgores were very approachable and helpful. In particular Lucy Jenkins put in a brilliant shift in chasing up my surgery for months on end in the respect of my life insurance.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Josh was there from the start and helped me several times throughout the process and Sarah was amazing helping get the purchase through for me. I don't think it would have been as smooth and as quick without her help. Thanks everyone.

TrustpilotHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Highly recommended! Undoubtedly the best service i’ve received, having spoken to multiple companies in terms of my lend and where i was at. The enthusiasm and personal touch delivered by their mortgage team and more specifically Cemalie (Gemma) goes unmatched. She really supported me throughout the process, even after delivering their service made a conscious effort to keep track of my progress and offer advice. These are people that love what they do and its not just another paycheque.

TrustpilotGreat thanks to Jay and team at Hornchurch
Great thanks to Jay and team at Hornchurch last weekend (14th May '22). Kept me updated about appointment and conducted a great viewing experience. Jay really did a great job of showing and describing the property (someting we don't always experience). Great job.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
