Got better eventually

After my initial confidence with selecting Balgores, I have to say that for a considerable amount of time I was somewhat disappointed with the service received against what had been promised. Although they were efficient at arranging viewings and marketing the property, the lack of contact did frustrate me. I lost count of the number I times I had to contact them to find out what was happening! To be fair, this was resolved after the member of staff I had been dealing with left the company. Also some small niggles about the front door not being locked properly and lights left on when they showed prospective buyers round.That being said, after the change of staff, things progressed quite quickly and a sale was achieved.

One again the team at Balgores Hornchurch lead by Billy Gill, provided a seamless and stress free sale of property having used Balgore’s previously this time was exceptional. Balgore’s don’t offer a service where you’re a name, house, number on their books to sell and meet target’s they listen to are both parties needs and in this instance it proved a huge success for both matching seller and buyer without even the need to go to the street marketing and ensured the sale was expedited within 6 weeks. Faultless, making it stress free for all.
