GoogleFine before you pay the extortionate fees (£30 reference fee when you leave?) We were burgled last year, it took leaders literally 3 months for them to organise replacing the broken lock on the door. Not to mention the poor yet sarcastic attitude we received when attempting to get the broken fence and gate for 6 months which is how they gained access to the rear of the property. Totally not interested in safety or customers well being

GoogleWe dealt mainly with Tara who was beyond excellent. Given the closeness of December I was doubtful this could be achieved but she achieved it. Communication was key and she was so informative, did all the viewing promptly and efficiently. Very impressed from start to finish, highly recommend her and them.

GoogleCleaning service contract with leaders, the original letting personnel was satisfied with all completed cleans, when she left after sending me to a job that didn't need completing a property been abandoned, was told I would be paid. Leaders new lettings personnel are refusing payment after 3 months and not informing of any issues until this point I would not advise any small business to go into contract with this company

We don’t feel this review is entirely accurate as it can be noted that before receiving this our property management team had been in touch around concerns and were trying to work towards a resolution with you. After speaking with the team they have mentioned we've been able to resolve this and bring the matter to a close which we’re really pleased we’ve been able to do but realise this took some time so we’d like to apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience that had been caused. Not only professional under these difficult circumstances he was very thorough and honest with his appraisal. Additionally all communication from the office in arranging the appointment was excellent throughout the process. I will definitely be appointing Leaders for the sale of my property and would have no hesitation recommending their service

GoogleIf you want to sell...look elsewhere! I have a property that I was keen to sell ASAP. Left my details and got a call from their contact centre so that they could arrange to call me??!? Details left for manager (Matt) to call be back but it is over a week later and no response, Matt not around and no one can find details. A real shame they weren’t interested.
Hi there, we are really sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied by the service you have received from us here at Leaders, we always want to deliver the highest level of service to our customers and are disappointed to learn that we haven't been able to do this for you on this occasion. After reading your comments its understandable why you would be dissatisfied due to the lack of follow up from the team after booking a sales valuation on your property. For the sake of transparency across our business any valuation requests sent by customers are received by a team based at our Head Office located away from the branch, the process we have in place means that this team will discuss the details of valuations with customers such as yourself booking these in with the relevant branch and will then send a valuation request through to the branch to allow them the opportunity to contact you and introduce themselves prior to the appointment taking place. I have discussed your comments with Matt the Sales Manager within the Loughborough branch who has informed me that this situation had unfortunately arisen as the member of staff who booked the valuation with you did not send the request onto the branch meaning they never received this so did not contact you, I can assure you the team would not have overlooked this intentionally as would of course wanted to assist with the sale of your property and although this situation has occurred as a result of human error we can appreciate how disappointing and frustrating this may have been for you and so would like to offer our sincere apologies for this and that the service you received fell below the high standards we expect of Leaders. We would of course like an opportunity to make this up to you and so if you are willing to give us another chance to improve your experience with us then please reach out to Matt at the branch on 01509 611 887.
