Sienna and Adam are absolutely fantastic . Finding our perfect rental propery was causing a struggle but Sienna was on hand every step of the way providing such a professional attitude and answering any questions that we had responding straight the way to emails and phone calls. Nothing was too much trouble. We finally found the perfect house. Then when Adam took over to conduct his side of the rental again the professional and amazing service continued he helped with everything we needed to do to make it run smoothly and was on hand at the end of the phone for every question we had. We rented a property managed by Mia & Co at Leaders, and they were excellent in helping us get through all the necessary steps of completing paperwork etc. While there were a few issues with the house we are renting, Mia and her team have been amazing at working with our landlord and the maintenance teams to get these addressed promptly. We were unsure how smoothly this process would be but the team have been super helpful and I would recommend them.

I recently let out my property through Leaders Loughborough and had a very positive experience. Both Martha Brett and Jack Davies were very professional and helpful. My property was advertised the day the keys were collected, which I was very impressed with. They found me a tenant very promptly and communicated with me throughout the process, answering all my questions and paying attention to my needs as a landlord. I was very impressed with the contracts and associated documents, in particular the inventory taking, which was very comprehensive and well evidenced. Everything went smoothly and was never left out chasing for information. I would highly recommend the Leaders Loughborough team and will not hesitate to use their services again.

Absolutely Brilliant Letting Agents. We needed a flat for our daughter to stay in whilst at the University. Leaders have been brilliant since using them over a year ago. Emma Gordon ( property manager ) has been who I’ve dealt with most with a few teething issues had at the property. Emma is professional, polite & super helpful. Always calls/emails back when she says she will and never has to be chased for replies. Between herself and our landlords ( who are also great ) this is the best renting experience we’ve had between both of them. Would definitely recommend using Leaders :)
