John German have recently handled the sourcing of a tenant for a rental property and the service was nothing short of fantastic. The photos and description of the property in the advert was amazing and a tenant was sourced and moved in within 3 weeks of engagement! They made the whole process so simple and their communication at all stages was brilliant. Anna Belton who handled my matter was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. They gave me good advice when I was deciding which offer to accept and genuinely care about people. I'd like to thank Jo for her amazing communication, support and guidance throughout the process, particularly when it came to chasing up solicitors and chatting through putting an offer in on a property. Absolutely useless. Their Letting Manager sat on the property for 3 months, promised the earth and delivered nothing. Then she told me their Tenancy Manager had recently left the company and they couldn't take my property on. So I'm left with an unnecessary 3 month void period and considerable costs. Avoid. There are far more competent Lettings Agents to choose from.

We had wonderful service from David Woodcock at John German Loughborough. For complicated reasons it looked as though we might have to pay two sets of estate agents' fees. However, David generously stepped aside in favour of the other agent, although he had already done some work for us. And he had already been courteous, speedy, and efficient in his dealings with us. Definitely five stars!
