GoogleHad my property valued recently by Jake at the Longwell green branch, what a lovely guy! Turned up on time, gave me a valuation I was expecting, he was so friendly and professional, spoke to the children and made a fuss of the dog, Andrews are lucky to have him working for them, fantastic representative of your company. If I decide to sell I will definitely use Andrews after the positive experience so far!

GoogleThe sale of my house which can be testing at the best of times let alone when you are selling your family home after a marriage breakdown was handled with care and sensitivity by Abby from Andrews Longwell Green office. She was absolutely amazing, keeping me informed every step of the way and going above and beyond by taking my dog food in during a viewing. I would highly recommend the Longwell green team.

GoogleI have been working through the process of purchasing my first house the past few months and I can offer the team at Andrews Longwell Green nothing but praise. Special mentions to Jake for resolving several issues I faced in this process, and Josh for helping me sort out the swathes of mortgage applications and navigating insurance T&Cs. I can say for certain I would have struggled to get this over the line without these two!

GoogleExactly what you expect from estate agents. Friendly and efficient until the deal is underway. They got £4000 for not showing us round the property or the garden and were unable to show us two rooms in the property until a few days before completion. Claiming they didn't have keys, but we found keys in a draw in the kitchen when we moved in. Not entirely sure what we paid for. They pushed for us to collect the keys on day of collection and we found the office dark and one member of staff there as it was a Friday (but 2pm) and they wanted an early off. They handed us the keys and no card, no congratulations etc. Other friends have purchased properties and recieved a hamper or bottle of bubbly at least for the money we were spending! When we came to pick up the keys there was no direction on parking (which was tricky) or where to find them. They suggested we use their conveyancers who were distinctly average and had a habit of sending time sensitive emails before signing off for a week long holiday. The team made us feel bad about waiting for a in depth survey on the house when there was a national delay anyway.

GoogleWhat a fantastic team!!!. I have nothing but admiration for Jake and Tess they made our purchase so stress free. I only wish they were selling the property I left much better service. I would definitely use Andrews if I ever needed the market again. THANK YOU for your friendly professional and unique service.
