GoogleThe team at Andrews are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our sale and purchase had many ups and downs but the team were always on hand and helped us resolve the problems that arose. In particular, the enthusiasm for the sale was exceptional; every opportunity was taken to bring in viewers and although the initial purchasers withdrew, the house was sold again in less than a week. When we were in the closing stages of exchange and completion, this was handled in a very professional and positive way as well. My only negative comment is not about Andrews, but we were introduced by them to an online conveyancing team, which for us, was not a good experience. Sadly, from conversations with friends, this seems to be the case with modern online conveyancing - it was impersonal and not particularly efficient. If I ever move again, I would use a local, accessible solicitor - though who knows whether it would be a better experience!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We want to send a huge thanks to the team of Andrews Estate Agents, Longwell Green, Bristol!! We were so impressed with the customer service, professionalism and knowledge provided to us before, during and after our house sale last year. Having used this team before, we didn't hesitate to go back to them again. This time, it was prior to us emigrating. We had decided to rent our house initially but our goal was to sell when the time was right for us. Last summer, with only a few, short international phone calls made (most of our communication was online and via email), Ian and his team managed to navigate the minefield of us being in a different country and having a tenant in our Bristol home. They negotiated viewings with the tenant and made it an easy, stress free process for us all. Thank you Ian and your fantastic team!! :-)

GoogleLiving in Australia and selling a house in the UK could be a daunting task? Wrong !!! Not with this team at Andrews Longwell Green. They have been just awesome. They sold the house on the first day and since we had multiple buyers interested in it they went about the process of 'the second and final bid" with the professionalism that was both fair to the buyer as well as the seller. Given covid restrictions it was understandable that I could not get through to them over the phone. But every time I sent them an email my queries were quickly and efficiently resolved by either Lamont, Gemma or Alison who worked as a team. They always had an answer to any hurdles that I came across. The whole process was very smooth and they went above and beyond such as visiting the property to pick up utility bills for me to pay, given that I lived down under. If someone were to ask me to recommend a property agent to sell their property I wouldn't think twice. ANDREWS LONGWELL GREEN.
