When you talk about people going the extra mile well I can say everyone in this team went an extra 10 miles to help us. Coming from overseas and having a non-existent credit rating in the UK, the team really helped us find the right contact people and services to get moved into our property. Right from the start of the process Jackie and Poppy have been amazing. As a landlord renting my property out for the first time I couldn’t have asked for better people to take control of everything for me. I’ve hardly had to do anything myself and they have kept me informed and up-to-date with all progress throughout the journey from finding tennants and getting them into my home! Together with a very fair pricing system TJS has been fabulous and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others.

I was a tenant. TJS are without a doubt the best letting agent in the area. Reasons for this are as follows:-1. Yes, there are inspections. However this is done with the tenant in mind and to see whether there is anything with your property that needs attention or repair. Specifically they were checking window seals, bathroom seals, whether the heating worked or not, was everything ok with the property generally. 2. You are not treated as an inconvenience or as a second class citizen simply because you are a tenant and not an owner occupier. For the time that you are living there it is your home. 3. On checkout day everything was very easy and straight forward. In a nutshell all of the staff at TJS treat their tenants as if they were clients/customers and that is really appreciated, because this is very rare in my experience. 5/5

TJS have been fantastic to do business with. Unlike some other agents they were not pushy or forceful in their sales approach, actually rather patient and understanding. Never rushing you into decisions or egging you to do things their way. They have been Friendly, helpful and guided us through the whole process.House moving can be a stressful time but the Long Eaton team at TJS Property people really made it feel much more exciting and enjoyable.

We chose TJS to market our property after meeting several other agents. Having been initially impressed with Trish, the proprietor, we continued to be impressed through our dealings with the team. Their professional, friendly and helpful attitude was backed up with sound advice and knowledge of our local market. Being a small independent agency they obviously rely on reputation to build their business, and they certainly did that reputation only more good through our process. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending TJS for all property lettings and sales.

We bought our house through TJS. Lorraine and all the staff that I spoke to were brilliant. Communication through phonecalls and emails was great - Lorraine always got back to me if I missed her in the office. They were brilliant in finding quotes from solicitors too and when we needed a roof inspection and a drainage report she helped arrange that too. I would not hesitate to sell this house through them as they really have been helpful and available throughout the whole process.

Selling my late mother's house could have been awkward as I live the other side of the country, but TJS staff have been fantastic, going the extra mile to find tradesmen and organising quotes for a range of jobs that needed doing, and popping in to check on the house in the cold weather etc. Communication has been excellent and the whole affair has been stress free. I also appreciated that all the staff were up to speed on where my sale was up to so any time I rang my queries could be answered immediately. Great work everyone!

GoogleJacquie if that’s that’s how it’s spelt thinks it’s appropriate to threaten tenants in a tjs managed property to get the rent without contacting the guarantor or even asking why the rents not been payed fear mongering tactics very unprofessional and highly disturbing avoid at all costs as the team here are vile and rude also aggressive

TJS made the sale of our property as easy as it could be. Right from the start when the property was valued, they gave us some simple advice to help with the sale. They were always very professional and friendly. The photos of our property looked great, they carried out the viewings for us and it was sold within 6 days! We had problems with the house we were buying and TJS were great in keeping our buyer informed and up to date so he knew what was happening. Right up until after we moved TJS were helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the process. They were extremely professional and kept us and our solicitor fully up to date. Through moving we came into contact with several estate agents. We put an offer in on one house which fell through but we got quite far in the process, and then purchased and moved into another. I can safely say the 2 estate agents looking after the properties we were purchasing were not at all helpful. We couldn’t get hold of them, they didn’t seem to act on our queries and the difference between those two agents and TJS was huge. I would 100% use TJS again. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly and made the sale of our house as stress free as possible.

I can honestly say that my experience of buying my home through TJS Property People was second to none. All members of staff that I had any dealings with were professional, prompt in replies to any queries and so helpful. As with most purchases, there were things that needed sorting out while going through the process and they did everything within their power to keep the sale running as smoothly as possible and on track. In fact I would say that they did far more than could have been expected of an excellent service.

Our experience with TJS was very positive. They were always easy to contact and answered the phone or replied to emails straight away. Each member of staff remembered our details so all I had to do was say my name and they could recall the properties we were selling and buying and what stage of the process we were at. When we had trouble contacting soliciters they would make the phone calls for us and relay information back to us. And we regularly received calls throughout the process just to check all was going OK. Overall very happy.
