We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tjs Properties who we took on for the job of selling our property in Nottinghamshire. We unfortunately lived some distance away so the team took on the responsibility of showing all potential buyers around and ensuring that the property was safe and secure. We can't thank Lorraine, Nicole and all the team enough for their kindness and professionalism in the selling of the property. From the beginning to the end they dealt with all matters so we were able to relax knowing it was in safe hands and we were also lucky not to have waited to long for a sale.We would highly recommend this company as in our option they stand out from from larger national companies due to being local and taking on peoples needs. Keep the good up.

GoogleGary and Jade are a waste of time. Trying to contact them via phone or email is a waste of time. Both are just as rude and useless as each other. They left my tenants with no hot water for a whole weekend, I eventually found out and had to sort the problem out even though I was 2 hours away and was pay for full management. I felt awful for my tenants because how bad the service was. Most of the time if they had a problem they would contact me because jade was a waste of time. Landlords and tenants need to avoid Nobles. They will just give you a headache. Also feel free to have a quick google of Jade ata and Gary Ata.

GoogleAwful letting agents. DO NOT CONFUSE TJS WITH NOBLE LIVING! Since taking over from TJS I can honestly say I have never come across such incompetent and ignorant business managers. These are still chasing my tenants for money when they no longer manage them. They refuse to respond to my emails, failed to transfer the tenants deposits to me. Hang up the phone to me. Their contact details are incorrect online, even after I politely advise them they are not updated! I am astonished that they are still trading and wonder why you would trade in such a poor manner! Why? If you don’t like tenants, landlords or doing your job, shut down and do something you are good at as letting agents you are not! @jade, @gary, stop harassing my tenants for rent, you no longer manage the properties, you never technically managed them and just took the cash. The property ombudsman will be the next line of avenue I follow if you continue to harass my them.

GoogleWe are landlords with a portfolio of properties in Long Eaton and have always relied on Noble Living to find our tenants. Initially, our experience was excellent, largely due to Jacqui, who was amazing, helpful, and friendly. However, after Jacqui left, the new management took over, and our experience drastically changed for the worse. The new team has been consistently rude and unprofessional. They charged us unnecessary fees for mistakes that were clearly their fault and refused to accept any responsibility. Despite multiple requests for the complaints procedure, they completely ignored my enquiries. Due to these issues, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. It's a shame to see the decline in service quality after Jacqui's departure.

GoogleHad an inspection rebooked and cancelled three times! Then the day of the inspection (once it finally came) the guy was half an hour late and i had an appointment at 12 but i had to cancel due to the delay, only for them to lie to my face saying “oh it was at 12-1 not at 11, you should’ve gotten a confirmation email about it” and i did and told them it said the appointment was at 11, in the phone when i had to rebook i was also told 11. At least admit you’re wrong and their late or something making me wait all day for this honestly so disrespectful, and also getting through on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE took me 14 tries to finally get someone to just be rude and tell me this?! Also its 12:40 now and he still hasn’t shown up…

GoogleThe worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost , they were used as my point of contact to the landlord of a property I stayed in and at no point did they send me energy bills . I only received my water bill through post . I called them to rectify this and got the rudest response yet it was an error on their end . I now received a CCJ over an issue that wouldn’t have escalated to this extent , let’s not forget they used my details to create a profile without my knowledge and used their email address . I’m heavily disgusted

GoogleWe've been with this letting agency for 6 months now and we've yet to meet one person who has any kind of manners. Nothing ever gets followed up. We're constantly left calling them to make sure things are done, even then they don't get done. They make appointments and don't turn up. All without an apology. I've not received one apology since moving in. And believe me, we deserve a dozen.

I can not recommend TJS highly enough. I dealt with them for the sale of my house and the purchase of another. They were amazing from start to finish; they couldn’t do enough for us. They chased other estate agents and solicitors within the chain to ensure the move was as stress free as possible for me. A special mention goes to Lorraine and Laura; their dedication and professionalism was outstanding. I wouldn’t go with any other estate agent.

Horrendous lack of support from TJS after renting with them for 4 years. Very apparent they only care about the landlord. Extremely disappointed. I have evidence to prove the property was just general wear and tear and also evidence that I waited months and months for the works desperately needed to the bathroom to be completed. It’s funny how the house was up for sale with them so all they care about is selling the house to make their commission. Also payment was made so you are lying... it was paid before so you are lying again
Megan, As you are aware, we supported you throughout your tenancy, with repairs and maintenance and made sure that issues were dealt with quickly, we made sure any inspections were booked to your convenience. The main issue arose when you moved out of the property, and we felt that you had not left it to an acceptable condition, to which you agreed and accepted. However, you and your landlord were unable to agree a payment plan, which meant that we had to take the action we did with regard to claiming it against the deposit. We are sorry that this was the only option available to us. Payment was made after you placed your review and our reply.The Lettings Team

I promised I would try to keep my review short, which 'Everyone' at TJS will know is very difficult for Leslie, I like to talk. Selling your home is never easy, so many decisions to make, what do you do? What TJS gave us, was trustworthy and honest advice, which sometimes meant being told what you might not want to hear but that's what makes a GOOD Relationship, which is SO important. You want someone to believe in you and your home and they did. Everyone looked after 'US' but special "thanks" must go to Laura because as well as selling our home, she also found us our 'Forever Home' also thru TJS, which meant we got 'Good Service' twice. As you can see, I do like to talk "Thank You TJS" x
