TJS Property People is the best agency so far who we ever met in the past 15 years! Jacqueline is an amazingly kind and the most correct agent who shown everything to us, and brought a little welcome gift box with sweet treats, household items and an AO voucher, which is the very first time we got at a house move. Can't recommend them highly enough, if there would be 10* rating available, surely give it to them! Best of the best! Thank you!

Jacqui and the team at TJS have been fantastic

Jacqui and the team at TJS have been brilliant at letting out and managing our buy to let property. This has been our first buy to let and Jacqui has been very supportive throughout every step of the letting process and her experience and knowledge invaluable. They were very thorough in finding good tenants and let the property out extremely quickly. We are so happy we chose Tjs to let and manage our property and would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future.

Great service from start to finish!

Great service from start to finish!Initially I dealt with Tricia, who I found extremely knowledgeable and helpful when at the initial stages of valuing and putting my house on the market just before the Covid lock down and during the lockdown, which helped keep our worries and concerns at bay.Lorraine was extremely attentive and helpful during the viewings process and upon an offer being accepted kept regular contact and updates to help move everything along swiftly.I would use the team at TJS again and highly recommend them.

As a landlord unfortunately I couldn’t recommend Noble. I had no issues before the takeover from TJS, but since then communication has been horrendous. My emails have been ignored for months, their phone line is forever cut off and there is no option to leave a voicemail.

Would definitely recommend TJS

We purchased a house being sold through TJS. We cannot fault them at all. We had very bad experiences with two other large estate agents prior to dealing with TJS but they were completely different. From the first phone call to book a viewing; through to completion day they were helpful, friendly, reliable and in my personal opinion and very importantly - trustworthy.I would definitely recommend TJS to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house! I found the team at TJS to be excellent. Lorraine was our main point of contact and she was extremely efficient, polite yet friendly, informative and upbeat throughout what turned into almost 6 months of the moving process for us. She continually kept us informed and aware of what was happening which was really key to settling our nerves and showed great communication. Would highly recommend...

The lettings team at TJS were so helpful with our recent move to our new home. From the day we put in our application, Jacqui has assisted and supported us throughout the entire process, and even offered to help with potential issues with our previous tenancy. Sale of 9 Firs and Purchase of 2 Overdale Close

We appreciate all the hard work from Lorraine in relation to our house sell and purchase. Lorraine was great at managing our expectations and supporting us to finalise and move before our wedding in October, which at times did not seem feasible. We would certainly recommend TJS to friends and family as throughout the whole process all staff were happy to help and made the process enjoyable and as stress free as possible.

Lack of customer service support + Exploitative Fees

Uncooperative and unresponsive. We had a medical emergency happen in our group prior to traveling. We let them know 3 days prior to ask if there was a way of working out the fee. The management was very unsympathetic. Later we asked if a credit could be provided for a time where we could use the property that was convenient for both parties seeing as this situation was outside our control. No response. We then tried again to transfer the booking to other friends on the day we were meant to travel and still haven’t heard from them. They have an incredibly late check in at 5pm - unheard of - only so you can request an earlier check in and charge you 20 pounds for it to rack up the fees. They allow dogs, but again for a fee and if requested prior. This isn’t an above and beyond agency, they don’t care about the service they provide unfortunately. Our experience has been they are there to exploit customers.

I would have no hesitation TJS Property. They dealt with my house sale in a very sensitive and professional way, following the death of my father. They really supported me when things were going slowly (as conveyance often does), chasing and moving things forward the most efficient and effective way they could. My father is elderly and used Noble living to manage a property in Nottingham to make life easier. The customer service and management service which was provided has been poor to say the least. Based on the service received we informed them that once the current tenants have moved out we intend to move to another agency. Once the tenant moved out they refused to answer the most basic of questions such as confirmation of the return of keys, property checks to understand the state of the property after the tenant left. Furthermore they are not sending us the gas/elec certificates etc which we had requested. Long story short. If I could give the noble living 0 stars I would, and strongly recommend if you are a landlord and are looking for a property management company do not use this company.

Tricia and her staff were excellent from start to finish, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Tenants and Landlords, trials and tribulations.

I have to say TJS have handled a rather objective and dismissive tenant on my behalf exceptionally well. It's always interesting to see how tenants believe they are hard done by when it comes to landlords and the property. No one ever looks at it from the other perspective in how landlords will go the extra mile to look after their tenants only to have it shoved back with attitude and contempt. There is always 2 sides to every story and what TJS do is remain impartial in the middle making sure all parties are looked after to the acceptable standard. For all round great service, no matter who you are, tenant or landlord I cannot recommend TJS property people highly enough.

We unfortunately lived some distance away so the team took on the responsibility of showing all potential buyers around and ensuring that the property was safe and secure. We can't thank Lorraine, Nicole and all the team enough for their kindness and professionalism in the selling of the property.
