GoogleAbsolutely awful estate agents, they treat tenants like Absolute dirt. My sister has been through he'll with them the amount of rude emails she's received and the way they have treated her from the beginning has been disgusting. Stay away from these at all costs. I wish Landlords knew what they were dealing with here. They are a disgrace!

TrustpilotExcellent service selling my house
From the outset I received friendly, honest and open opinions and advice - both during major renovation work and after it was completed. What particularly impressed me was their almost "intimate" knowledge of their clients and their needs, both buying and selling. This meant they were able to find a buyer for my house pretty well straight away resulting in an almost immediate sale. ALL staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable and I have no hesitation in recommending TJS Propert People at Long Eaton.
Thank you so much for your very kind review, it was a pleasure working for you. kind regards and best wishes from all at TJS

TrustpilotThank you to TJS
From the initial consultation TJS were superb. They communicated with us, superbly and were always happy discuss feedback from viewings. This is the first time we have sold, and any apprehension we had was put at ease from the decision to sell to the day we received the keys to our new home. We are very grateful for the teams hardwork, and will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home.

TrustpilotTJS are the best estate agents in this…area, outstanding service.
TJS are the best estate agents in this area. They are kind and understanding and know all about moving home. They sold my house in a very shot time and were able to offer me many new homes to view. I would definitely use them again because they were so helpful. They kept me in touch and nothing was too much trouble for them. I wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleThis company bought out TJS, all the good staff have left and the only ones left are rude and very unprofessional, sort the reviews by recent to see what it’s like. I guess it shouldn’t come as a surprise, Google the owner Ata Gunes aka Gary for some interesting reading! Apparenty a dodgey landlord who has been prosecuted twice!! Avoid.

From the valuation to the sale of my property they exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to any family/friends go with these if you are considering moving home. Moving home can be daunting but doing it on your own is scary business, Trisha, Laura and the wonderful Lorraine helped me every step of the way. A BIG THANKYOU - you girls are amazing.

GoogleTJS supported us selling the old family home after a bereavement. From the outset, not only were they empathetic to the situation, they were thorough, clear and clearly outlined a sales strategy, pricing and the reasons why that approach was likely to yield the best results. Spot on! Great team. Constant updates. Took all the legwork and viewing load off us and were able to convert to a sensible sale within a very short timescale, exactly in line with their predictions and market projections. Would highly recommend TJS if selling and would use them again .

GoogleWe were left disappointed with the customer care that we received. No updates. Laura rang us approximately 4 times throughout the long, drawn out sale. Both times we felt pressured into moving out of our home and finding rental property. One time , the buyer rang us to say tjs had informed them we'd changed our minds. We were disappointed with the lack of updates and help offered.

Trustpilot5 Stars TJS
TJS in Long Eaton supported us immensely through a testing house purchase (issues relating to Bank of Ireland who I do not recommend to go with for a mortgage). TJS helped us at every stage of the purchase with great care and professionalism.I would happily recommend TJS to anyone going through the selling or buying process of a property.
Thankyou for your lovely review, we hope you will be very happy in your new home, Best wished from all of us at TJS

TrustpilotTjs showed us that not all estate…
Tjs showed us that not all estate agents are the same. They were enthusiastic, very professional and great communicators throughout. Unlike other larger agents nearby, they were always available and informative and helped smooth everything through. They showed it’s not just the advert on Rightmove that sells the house!
Thank you for your lovely review, it was a pleasure to help you both with your move. Wishing you all the best in your new home, all the team at TJS Property People

Lorraine was really helpful and always kept us in the loop and up to date with things. Always called me back if I left her a message. Very polite and nice to talk to.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
