Excellent service and customer care, very happy and would recommend.

Our experience with TJS was very positive. They were always easy to contact and answered the phone or replied to emails straight away. Each member of staff remembered our details so all I had to do was say my name and they could recall the properties we were selling and buying and what stage of the process we were at. When we had trouble contacting soliciters they would make the phone calls for us and relay information back to us. And we regularly received calls throughout the process just to check all was going OK. Overall very happy.

Excellent, I would recommend this company to anyone :)

TJS property people do have very friendly, polite, professional, experienced helpful staff. They listen well and explain everything very clearly. They are very reliable. I never worry about my tenants or get stressed about it, because TJS manage my properties very well and they deal with all issues. They have got very good communication and problem solving skills. TJS are very efficient and excellent with documentation. They do keep me up-to date with everything. I just receive my rent on time by sitting at home. They have always given me their honest opinion and advice. They have looked after me for many years and I cant fault them at all. Keep up with the good work!

Super, Smashing, Great!!!

The ladies at TJS Property People have been nothing but outstanding. Always on hand to offer advice, support and hand holding throughout the whole experience. The team as a whole encompass a wealth of experience of the marketplace, the local area and act in the best interest of all parties. The key point for me being a full time working mum, was communication. I was called and emailed when promised and always offered feedback after a viewing. I NEVER had to spend time chasing them.If I ever look to move again, TJS would be the only company I would work with.

Lorraine did a fantastic job for us

Lorraine did a fantastic job for us, from arranging the viewing to keeping in touch etc. etc. Really liked the way you don't use a fish-eye lens for the photos, so that what you see on the brochure is what you see when you get there. Our only small criticism is that no-one seems to have proof-read the text on the otherwise excellent brochure about the house...

We have been renting our propery out now for over a year with TJS managing it, which is going great! We haven't got to worry our end if something goes wrong. The 6 month reviews of the property are great! Lets you know how everything is going, just a great overall review of anything and any issues. Very professional and easy to talk to, we feel our home is in safe hands :)

TJS a team to move you to your next home

TJS were excellent from the first contact at the office to completion of moving. Nothing was to much trouble for any of the team to advise, sort or query making the moving experience less stressful. From viewing to giving support along the way everyone was working to make the move possible. Thank you and we will certainly promote TJS as estate agents who get the house move signed and sealed.
