GoogleI have a lot of interaction with various estate agents all over Nottinghamshire both selling and purchasing properties. TJS Property People definitely stand out for their professionalism and fantastic communication skills. I purchased a property through them recently and they were extremely helpful during the frustrating purchase of the property. They put my mind at ease that they were doing all they could to progress the purchase. A very competent team.

TrustpilotBuying my first home
From the first phone call to view the property they have been so helpful. The house I bought took over 5 months to complete and within that time tjs rang me about any information I should know or just to check if I had anything I wasn't sure about. they would always do there best if I did have any problems or questions. Best estate agent I have experienced.

TrustpilotExcellent Customer Service
The Team at TJS provided excellent service when I sold my house through them. They were really proactive and chased matters for the whole chain.I bought from an online agent who had very little interaction with me and didn't even know when I had complications with completion.Lorraine at TJS saved the day and ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. We're now happy and settled in our new home!

TrustpilotSelling of my parents bungalow
I was exceptionally impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by Laura and Lorraine. They were really helpful and ensured a potential stressful experience was conducted in a supportive and professional manner. They communicated and kept us up to speed at each stage of the sale and also negotiated an excellent price for the bungalow which will ensure enough funds to keep mum safe in a local care home.
