We recently purchased a property through Robert Ellis and couldn’t have been more satisfied with them throughout. At each viewing the team was knowledgable about the property and the local area. Throughout the process, we were kept in constant loop as to the progress that was being made and never at once felt that the team wouldn’t do all they could to help the process move quicker. Special mentions to Joely for the excellent communication, Emma for her great knowledge of the area and to Harry for inspiring us to put an offer in at the start.

Wow! Where do I start. Firstly I can not praise a special lady who looked after me from the start of this process Caroline Dunn. Mark called at the appointed time to discuss our requirements and gave outstanding advice. Within 24 Hours Mark and his team had taken Photographs of our property, listed the property on all of the Major property search engines, first class colour sales presentation leaflets had been produced for perspective buyers and a Robert Ellis FOR SALE board had been erected at the front of our house. Within 48 Hours we were having viewings. Within 72 hours we were receiving offers of and above the asking price. I was buying a house through Robert Ellis which unfortunately fell through because of problems at the sellers' end. However, I continued with the sale of my house to a couple who were selling their property through Robert Ellis. I'm so glad that Robert Ellis were still involved because Caroline Dunn at the Long Eaton office was SUPERB! It was she who chased multiple solicitors and helped us all exchange eventually. She remained calm and helpful throughout some very stressful days and made a real difference to the experience. Can't thank her enough!
