Once again we have had a very good experience with Frank Innes, as this is the third time we have used them as a family. We found all the staff to be very helpful and informative through out the whole process, from the first visit for valuation, right through to the day of completion. I would certainly recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

Terrible experience the staff are clearly only interested in making as much commission as possible. We had an offer accepted only for another agent working there to put further offers to the vendor at a later date. Pushing to get themselves more commission. We were told by the manager that our offer was accepted and the vendor themselves told us no one else was in the picture. The whole experience was nothing but stress and disappointment. We are now with another estate agent who handles things in a much more pleasant and trustworthy fashion. Don’t trust these reviews look at trust pilot you have been warned.

Hi E B, I am sorry that this has been your experience, however, I must make you aware that it is a legal requirement for all estate agents to pass on any offer revived to their client, even if an offer has been accepted subject to contract, up until the point of exchange. This is the 2nd time we have used Andy the Countrywide Mortgage Advisor located within Frank Innes. Again he was able to get the best deal and sort all the issues out associated with getting a mortgage taking all the pressure off the buyers. The life insurance offered was also the most competitive compared to internet search engines. Would use again as it the best money (very reasonable) spent in what is an ever increasingly complex and lengthy process (house buying).

This is the second time I have used Frank Innes and can't fault them at all. The service has been amazing and the staff very professional and helpful. A special thanks has to go to Andy the Countrywide Mortgage Adviser, helped us through a tricky case and was always there to help, got us a great rate on our mortgage and sorted all our protection for our family home. Thank you all so much to all, would highly recommend.

Had the buyer from hell with my sale and to Dawn's credit she percevered and finally closed the sale for a fair fee. All phone calls were answered swiftly and professionally. They will sell your house which is all you really want at the end of the day.

Overall a great service. The staff are lovely and very willing to help. However, I feel as if there should've been more communication during the application process. I had to constantly ring to understand what was going on during the application process. In the end my partner and I are very happy with the property they provided us with and I would gladly choose this agency again.PositiveProfessionalism

Brilliant estate agency! All staff very friendly and helpful. Really like the fact that the whole team visited our property, so any of the staff could handle any aspect of the sale, viewings or questions asked. They were really good at helping us with things that arose and making recommendations etc. Also they also put us in touch with an excellent mortgage advisor too. Really can't recommend them enough.
