Chloe was the one who helped me in my search for a new property, I have been in the industry for quite a while now in terms of renovating and she is definitely one of the best I've ever dealt with. GoogleWent for a viewing with Samantha Bye that I was really excited about, just for it to be completely rushed. Any questions we asked were quickly dismissed and we didn't get the chance to look at the property as long as we wanted as it seemed like we were the last viewing and she just wanted to go home. Very poor service and completely put us off a property that we otherwise would have applied for.

GoogleAfter inheriting a property in Long Eaton a year ago, I contacted the local branch of Frank Innes to come and give me a free no obligation valuation to both sell and rent the property. They talked me through all the options on how to proceed in both scenarios and after a full renovation project I decided to go straight back to them and ask them to fully manage my property for a rental agreement. Sam and Rebecca have just been amazing, they have taken all the stress and worry out of being a first time landlord and I canβt thank them both enough.
