GoogleI was searching for a property to rent with my partner and had a viewing and the beginnings of an offer of tenancy with Mr Ashley Hancock as our Frank Innes contact. Although we ended up accepting a different property, the service we received from Ashley was absolutely fantastic. Throughout the brief period of contact he was friendly and helpful and did everything he could for us as an interested party. He stood out to us among other estate agent employees due to his professional and highly attentive service. As I have suggested, we were very impressed, thank you Ashley!

GoogleI cannot recommend Frank Innes enough. From seeing our dream house on a viewing with Joely to getting our house on the market With Robyn the process was incredibly easy and quick. I’m a big one for communication and the levels we have received from Joely and Chloe in particular throughout the process so far have been fantastic. Regular updates and catch up meetings making sure we were all aware of how the process was going and any issues that needed to be addressed. If you would have asked me prior to purchase who I would list my property up with it probably wouldn’t have been Frank Innes. Am I glad I did , absolutely. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone.

GoogleI was introduced to Jayne Brierley after purchasing a property through Frank Innes which I intended to let. Jayne provided me with a thorough overview of the services offered and arranged to visit the property promptly. On the visit, Jayne introduced me to Skyler Howitt who managed the letting process for me from that point. I asked Skyler to market 2 properties for me and 3 days later, one tenant had moved in and another found for the second property. Absolutely faultless service and amazing how quickly all the necessary checks and paperwork were carried out.
