I organised a property viewing and confirmed it on the phone the day before. On the day no one showed up and we couldn't reach anyone over the phone. Keep in mind this viewing was a four hour journey away from us. Over all, it was a waste of time and transport costs.

We're hugely impressed with the courteous, efficient, and professional service that the team at Frank Innes Long Eaton has provided. As first-time buyers, buying a house can seem a bit daunting. But Vanessa, Chloe, and Hayley have all been so helpful and reassuring. We're excited about the future and delighted to be working with them!

I used Frank Innes in Long Eaton to market my rental property , and dealt with Mark Smith, who was very friendly and helpful. They found some nice tenants and did very thorough checks . I am very happy with the service provided , and will definitely use them again in the future.

Worse experience ever, they have stolen my money and they left me without a roof above my head during pandemic. They have also been racist as they said I did not understand the accordance as I am not English but everything is clear written on the contract that they gave me and that was missed in pages. Dishonest.NegativeProfessionalism

Joely constantly kept me updated throughout the purchasing process, constantly chasing all parties on my behalf. I found the whole team friendly and approachable at all times. Used Frank Innes to rent my property for 5 years, and used their recommended company for renovation and improvement before renting. They are efficient and reliable, and I have been impressed with everyone at the Long Eaton Office. Would have no hesitation in recommending them as a letting agent.
