She made the effort to understand my requirements and work to my very limited timetable. Other estate agents treated my requirements as insoluble, but the team at Frank Innes and Rebecca in particular treated me as a valued customer. I am truly impressed.

GoogleLaura and Alice were incredibly helpful in letting my property, arranging everything for me, and made it so seamless. I managed to get a new tenant move in on the same day as the previous one moved out, so no loss of rental income, and they were very professional with great contact through phone, email and gave to face. Will definitely use this branch again for any future needs. Thanks guys x

GoogleThe estate agent was very friendly and pleasant. But she failed to communicate something really important to do with the house sale, she also told me the wrong information about the date of boiler and house, misinformation about the driveway and misinformation about who had visited the property. Unfortunately, the miscommunications bad the experience quite frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend.

GoogleRecently used this agent to sell a property. I chose them as they were professional and friendly without being pushy. I mainly dealt with Sharon who was was very helpful in keeping me informed when there were delays in the chain, but other members of staff were also helpful when Sharon was not in the office. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
