GoogleBig thanks to all staff at long eaton, with Specal mention to Jasmine for her mortgate advice, and Millie keeping us informed. After searching and saving for three years Jasmine gave us the belief that it was possible to buy our first home. It felt like other estate agents on the market would Cold call us or lose intressed, but this was not the case at Frank Innes for us. I felt when ever I rang or emailed, someone answered or emailed back with in the hour. Overall I felt vauled as a customer and happy with the services availble

GoogleI have nothing but praise and confidence in Samantha Bye for her handling of two property lets for me this year. Sam's manner has been friendly and professional at all times, keeping me informed and guiding me through the process of letting, in one case, my long-term home. Tenants were found in record time for both properties and moved in smoothly thanks to her help. GoogleVery disappointed today as our references got denied from keysafe(which when you look on trust pilot- they have 1 star)it seems they have done this a lot to people in terms of there work. I have had the same job for years and I earn way more than is necessary to rent and they denied me with no reason except they couldn't confirm my employment, which is insane as all they needed to do is ring and ask and they'd have told them. Now we are left with no where to move in to. The girl emily was nice but in all honesty I'll never be using Frank innes as long as they use keysafe for "unsafe" reference. You should avoid this company whilst they reference for lets as you don't get my money back either. Shockingly bad practice.

Through what become a prolonged (8+ months) and complex sale, Joely was a constant help, assisting me with the best course of action and what to do next. The help and guidance was invaluable, particularly as a first time buyer, I wasn't always sure what was needing to be done next. I'm quite certain, that without the Joely and the Frank Innes Long Eaton team, that the sale of my first home would have fallen through.

GoogleReally great service from Shannon, Kia and all the team at Frank Innes Long Eaton in selling our house recently. The house sold quickly and for a good price but they really earned their money because we had some problems higher up the chain and these guys did an amazing job of keeping everyone happy, informed, and making sure that the sale went through smoothly in the end! It's difficult to choose an estate agent because at face value they all seem to offer a similar service, but it's worth finding one that will go the extra mile. Highly recommended.
