Me and my partner are very happy with the customer service from Alice at Frank Innes. When we first viewed the property for our house Alice was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. First off, Ocean Peachment and the rest off the staff there were amazing in helping us get the property we fell in love with at first glance. Rang around a few local estate agents and Frank Innes were by far the best in term of price and customer satisfaction, Stacey Reynolds initially came to see us and ensured a smooth process with them keeping up informed and updated along the way. Katie Tuckwood was our point of contact throughout the sale although the other staff at their office took messages and were only too pleased to help. I contacted Frank Innes in order to view a property which I decided to place an offer for. From the first call, I received great customer care and prompt correspondence. I decided to work with their in house mortgage adviser -Andrew Hall. Looking back am so thankful that I did. Andrew went above and beyond what I expected and did not only provide mortgage advice, but also a lot of moral and support along the way. He was very transparent in his communication and made all the moving parts very easy to grasp. My wife and I recently sold our house through Frank Innes and every aspect of the transaction was spot on. As we were buying our new property through a different agent we had numerous appointments with Andy Hall, the mortgage advisor who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Andy sought to find the best deal for us through numerous suppliers without fuss, and if he couldn't answer a question immediately he was able to get back to me immediately once he did have an answer (which there were a few phonecalls, sometimes daily!). I genuinely mean when I say as long as Andy is in his role with Countrywide/Frank Innes we will always go back to him to re-mortgage our property once the time comes round - his expertise and product knowledge is second to none.

But she failed to communicate something really important to do with the house sale, she also told me the wrong information about the date of boiler and house, misinformation about the driveway and misinformation about who had visited the property. Unfortunately, the miscommunications bad the experience quite frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend.
