Cannot thank the team at Belvoir enough for all of their help the past few months. Francesca fit us in for a viewing on a house just a few hours after it being put on rightmove and returned for a second viewing later that day. She was there through the whole process from start to finish, with Libby assisting towards the end of the sale. Both couldn’t do enough for us and made sure everything ran smoothly. I chose Belvoir as the previous agent that I was using was "lacking" in certain elements. This applied especially in 2 elements. A. Regular checks. basics were missed (didnt see the carbon monoxide detector ! and also holes in shower panels ! Exit checkout of tenant, again, missed many things that ere the responsibility of the tenant (bulbs, cleanliness etc which we had to remedy.
